Everyone was transported safely
Everyone was transported safely. I wasn’t on it but I did hear one bus broke down 4 times on the way to the wedding ceremony.

The bus was always early, the drivers always courteous, and they got us to where we were going on time!

Would not recommend to keep your people safe.
I rented two buses through First Student to shuttle my wedding guests, from the hotel we had a room block with, to 30 mins away to the venue and then back. One of the bus drivers was clearly simply following the other driver with written instructions, and then got lost when they lost the first driver. They then went the WRONG WAY down a four lane highway, endangering all of my guests who were on the shuttle. I’m glad they didn’t crash. The drivers also didn’t bother to hop out and let anyone at the hotel know first thing in the evening that they’d arrived for any guests who might ask where they were located, so the hotel told some people there was no shuttle. Many of my guests then stopped drinking so they could drive themselves back or drive back with other friends who had their vehicles out at the venue to avoid going back on the bus. The reason we rented these buses and paid a hefty amount of money for them was to keep our guests safe, and they didn’t feel as such. I wouldn’t recommend First Student to anyone else in Peoria, IL.
