The buses were to our destinations a few minutes early and we very clean. The drivers were all very courteous. We had an excellent experience with First Student Charter.

Very impressed with the whole process. If the wait time on the phone line is long I suggest taking advantage of them calling you back when it prompts you to. They did call me back and it was worth not sitting on hold until they had a service representative available. Would recommend using these services to anyone - great option for large group travel.

Everything was great, however buses were 15 minutes late picking us up from our final destination.

I spent at least 4 hours on the phone coordinating a ride from my wedding to make sure all of my guests would get home safely. After confirming and reconfirming I was excited and my guests were ready for our adventure. However the bus never came, they forgot about us. I spent $400 for none of my guests to have a ride home. We had to scramble at night to try to find a solution. I was frustrated and embarrassed. I’ll never try this again and I really hope I get my money back.

Our bus driver was awesome. We were picked up on time and dropped off on time. She was very kind and helpful!

We LOVED, LOVED, LOVED our bus driver, Sharon Litle! She was incredibly friendly and positive throughout our entire trip. We feel she is part of our big family now! Our only concern was when I booked our chartered bus I was told we wouldn't have to find accomodations for our bus driver. I even asked twice on two different phone conversations about the bus drivers accomodations. That information is very crucial to receive as accomodations need to be prearranged & booked before an event. Luckily, Sharon was very positive and she was willing to stay wherever we could find a place for her and others gave up bedding and a pillow for her. I'm still unclear as to whom is responsible for the bus drivers accomodations.
