We booked a bus for our wedding last minute, the Monday before our Saturday wedding. Responses were quick and we were able to have service to the two hotels our guests were staying at. The driver was wonderful and patient and most importantly helped our perfect day end safely for us and our guests. Thank you.
P.S. I don't recommend people waiting to the last minute like we did lol.

First Student Charter was excellent! The buses were great, nice than I expected! We had 3 buses transport guests to hotels, the venue and after party. The drivers were so nice and even came back to pick up a couple guests that didn't fit on the initial run! Thank you!

Our bus service with Christine was great! Christine accommadated us in every way and went the extra mile with glow sticks along the floor and insides of the bus. She was always prompt and on time and very polite to the guest riding the bus

Easy to book and schedule. Had to make some changes the week of, and at first there were some issues but was able to call back the next day and speak to someone else who was able to help. Busses were on time and bus drivers were very courteous.

Our driver was on time, polite and went out of her way to accommodate us. We had scheduled two rounds of stops. The first round, nobody left and she just was left sitting and waiting. The second round, all the passengers were late. I felt so bad, she was stuck waiting there. But she didn't complain and waited. It was a fantastic service from start to finish. Thank you!!!

The bus never showed up. After being 45 minutes late our guests at the hotel for our wedding finally called us to let us know. We called 4 different numbers 17 times and got no answers. Our guests had to scramble to get themselves to our venue and our wedding started extremely late. The company finally called back with no remorse, no explanation (they claimed traffic but every single person who drove the same route said there were no delays at alll). Still waiting on a refund.

Scheduled wedding transportation with first charter bus rental for Plymouth, MA. The ride to the venue went smooth from what I heard but the ride back was 45 minutes late. We (bride and groom) ended up sending all of the wedding guests we could fit in our 14 passenger limo who did multiple runs and waited with the remainder of the guests to get on the school bus. Everyone was tired at the end of the night and was ready to go and the bus was very late.

The majority of the experience was very professional and stress free. The email communication was very timely with prompt responses. I will say my only complaint would be on your phone center availability and responsiveness. Both times I called the 1-800 number, it was painfully lengthy to get someone and when I gave up and left my call back number (a valid option), no one called me back.
As for the driver, she was on time and very prompt. She was a joy to deal with and very flexible on the return trips. I would use your company again.
