The drivers were on time and easy to work with. They were accommodating and dealt with our loud group after our wedding. No complaints!

Bus driver Lorraine arrived at pickup location well before established pickup time and promptly called me. She examined traffic flow online to determine best route to destination. She was friendly to all passengers.

Good Communication, Good Service.

First Charter did what they were supposed to do efficiently. All I wanted was some busses to pick us up and drop us off. And that's what happened.

The schedule was sort of met. We ended up waiting till close to 11pm till we got picked up after the event ended at 10pm. We were expecting them much sooner and had a large group of 10+ waiting around for an hour.

Also the attitude of the driver was rude, and she complained throughout the whole process. It felt really unprofessional and unnecessary. I wanted a shuttle for guests, not to hear about her issues getting here and putting that energy onto us without being asked. It threw me off and was not how I wanted to end the night. Definitely didn't need the attitude all night

Driver was very friendly, patient, and flexible. We were very satisfied with service. Air conditioning in the bus, or having been told this was the case, would have been ideal. But other than that, would book again.

Excellent service! Our driver was awesome! Friendly and helpful, and early! The reservation part was a bit confusing but other than that everything was great.

Buses were very late the first day. The second day one bus didn’t show up for pick up so we had to squeeze students onto three buses.

The trip confirmation was not sent to the bus yard, so there was nobody there to pick our group up. I had to contact the bus yard and they sent someone right away, but our group had to wait an additional 45 minutes in the hot sun.

Our driver was early, extremely polite, and knew where we wanted to go (meaning he got the locations and put them on his GPS before he arrived). He needed little input from us, and we were very pleased with his service.

I confess to being hard of hearing, and I couldn't make out his name. To me his name sounded like "Farris" but that wasn't it. Apologies!

Our experience with First Student was excellent. Our driver Don was a few minutes early and was very familiar with the best routes and the process for getting us to the stadium and then home. He was accommodating and efficient. Thank you Don and First Student!

The Ride was good, the only thing my group had a problem with was no music. The bus did not have bluetooth or an aux cord we could use which left us with no music all night!

First Student did a great job getting back to me in a timely manner when I requested call backs. They walked me through everything they needed in order for us to make our booking, making it easy for us to plan a somewhat complicated trip. Our driver was AMAZING.
