My church ordered 2 buses to take us to camp and we had absolutely no issues! The buses arrived early, the drivers were kind and dealt with our students with grace, and we arrived safely to and back from camp. I will definitely be using their service in the future! Price comparison with other bussing companies isn't even close, they are very affordable.

The night went well, and the bus drivers were very nice. My only thing I would have to say is that they were 10/15 minutes late to pick us up, but other than that it was great! Would rent again.

So first off, the communication was absolute trash. From the beginning it took me over a week to actually book my trip. Once I booked it, they told me they STILL had to check their local company. I am apart of a sorority and explained I needed to send a check instead of pay via card and the week of the event I received an email saying that they were going to cancel the event because my card didn’t go through, and they were going to cancel they whole trip. They didn't even look for the check that was sent. After I contacted them to make sure they received my check they gave me a lot a attitude for calling so much even though they never contacted me saying they found it. On the day of the event, they gave me no communication information the busses, the busses didn’t arrive until 2 minutes before the LEAVING time and when I tried calling the number that they told us to call on the day of the event it went straight to voicemail.

I called for a bus last minute and they worked all day to find us a driver! She was great!

Tammy and the team are 100% for each of our events. I truly appreciate their friendly service.

Scheduled two buses for two trips. Both buses were either on time or early for both trips, even with the national driver shortage.

Will absolutely be using this company in the future for other events.

First Charter was amazing for us. Our bus drivers name was Becky and she was one of the kindest, sweetest bus drivers we have ever had. She arrived on time and then waited patiently while one of our students who was struggling to get on the bus.

She then waited for us while we were on our trip.

She then was kind on our way back and was extremely flexible even though we all had very muddy.

Tammy our driver was absolutely amazing! She was great coordinating and communicating everything we needed/asked for!

I rented this bus, to get my adult children and friends from an out of town wedding reception to a centralized location to UBER home. Our driver provided excellent service and was right on time!

Drivers were wonderful. We only received three of the buses out of four we were promised with no warning, heads up or follow up. It really hurt the proceedings for the day. Thank goodness the drivers stepped up and worked so hard to try to make up for the fourth driver. I don't even think they had a break all day. They should be given a raise. Fantastic attitudes. There was no answer when we tried to call the company. Very disappointing. We are hoping for a swift refund on the bus that never showed.

We rented a bus for our wedding so guests didn't have to drive. The bus was perfect, very timely, and the bus driver was really nice. Great experience, highly recommend to use for your next event!

We have been using First Charter Bus Rental for quite a few years and have been pleased with the service.

:Our experience with the parent company was fantastic. They were quick to respond and adjusted my quote several times. Everyone was fantastic on the phone when setting up payment and the schedule.
Things went downhill when we were assigned to the local company. They called me twice from a number that I could not call back (the number rang and then hung up without an opportunity to leave a message) leaving me with no means of contact prior to the wedding. When I set things up with the parent company, I stated that I thought guests would start leaving at 9:30, but I wanted the option to leave earlier. You are charged for the entire time, start to finish, so the driver should be ready whenever you are. I also stated the driver should come in for dinner and to make things easier when guests were ready to leave. The bus that picked up the guests was not the same bus that guests were to leave with, but the driver did not tell any of the guests this. The driver never came in for dinner, and we did not know where the bus was when guests were ready to leave - earlier than 9:30. The guests looked in the parking lot and did not see the bus they came in, so they started finding alternative transportation. Eventually, my mom approached a bus sitting in the dark in the back of the parking lot and found out that it was indeed the return bus. The driver was snippy with my mom when she said that guests wanted to leave, stating that the return wasnt scheduled until 9:30. I would not recommend this local office of First Charter to anyone in the future.

Our driver was great! Very personable, we always enjoy our bus rentals from this company.

The coordination went well. We had used the company in the fall of 2020. We were able to coordinate very easily, and had contact with the company coordinator throughout our movements. We had to change our movement times late Saturday eve due to weather for Sunday morning, and this was no problem. The buses were always waiting when we needed them. All of the drivers and coordinators were very nice and polite. We definitely will use again. Thx, Les.
