The driver was on time and attentive, we had a smooth 2 1/2 hour drive there and back!

Bus to the venue was right on time with no problems. The 2 busses going back to the hotels were great. Lots of singing 😂

Our contract indicated a pickup time of 3:30. As the father of the bride I was already at the venue for a 4:30 ceremony start. I started receiving calls at about 3:50 that the buses were not yet at the hotel. People were starting line up Ubers so as not to miss the ceremony. I tried every phone # including the cell # of Laura, I was given to reach someone for resolution with no answers or returned phone call. The bus finally arrived around 4:00pm and did get guests to venue just in time. This extreme tardiness caused a lot of undue stress that was not necessary. There should be better communication and updates of bus movement on the day of the event and phone #s of the actual drivers provided.

Everything about this Charter was great. We had the same driver for the way up on Friday and he returned on Sunday for our return trip and he was fantastic.

The gentleman I booked my Bus with was excellent! He was extremely thorough, accommodating and helpful. Our driver Lawrence was amazing too! He was fun, responsible, and really made us feel special! We WILL be returning!

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our experience with this service. However, I am still hoping that I am offered a refund, which would help to restore my faith in this company. Our guests almost missed our wedding ceremony, as the driver nearly missed a turn because he was too busy watching a football game on his phone while driving. Our last pickup was scheduled for 1:30a.m., however, the driver left at 11:00p.m. and did not return. While I was finally able to get in contact with him at 1:30a.m., he did offer to come back. However, this would have left my guests stranded for 45 minutes with nowhere to go. My maid of honor and and her husband had to bring my guests back to the drop off location. I certainly was less than pleased having to deal with this on my wedding night.

Transportation for guest from hotel to wedding venue and back worked perfectly. Communication was easy prior and day of event. Drivers friendly and buses clean. Definitely would use again.

I had booked two shuttles for my wedding because the venue was a distance away from any hotel accommodations. We scheduled two departures from the hotel location and confirmed with the office and local branch. On the day of the wedding when I am preoccupied with many other things, the shuttle driver apparently decided that because there was not many people on the first shuttle it must mean that the second was unnecessary. The second shuttle never ran even though that having two run was 100% as it was planned and intended. The first was for immediate family (for photos) and the second for the remainder of the guests. As a result many of my guests had to scramble to order Ubers to make it on time. Later in the day one of the drivers texted me to tell me that the first driver had “left” while the other would be staying on site. I verified at that time that the plan was for the second shuttle to return. At the end of the evening, the second shuttle was not on site, another miss. I guess I can give one star for even showing up in the first place, but overall this was an extremely disappointing experience.

The only complaint I have is that when we talked to the people at the 855 number, it’s was confusing understanding the amount of runs we were allowed. When we spoke to Dina, she was extremely nice and informative. Our bus driver was amazing. Thank you so much

Both drivers I had this past weekend were excellent. The driveway was tricky to maneuver, but they had no issues and were extremely courteous, professional and wonderful. I hope to get them both again for future charters!
