There was just a small communication issue between the main office and the Union/Washington office. Because we called ahead to make a final confirmation with the Union/Washington office, there was no issue in the end.

The driver was over 30 minutes late which made us behind for the light show time slot so it took us an hour and a half longer than planned and we did not get to do the rest of our plans. We had two other stops planned and the kids were not very happy. The driver was nice and did a good job just late.

First of all, the gals that answered the phones during my phone calls for the reservation process, calling with questions and the changes we made were excellent! So helpful, professional and friendly.
As far as the date of the event: The bus was on time, picked up and delivered our guests as planned. The reason for 3 stars was because we had a pick up at the wedding venue scheduled at 9pm, 10pm and 11pm. the 10pm bus had alot of people going on it and he pulled away at 10:01pm, not waiting for a few handicapped, slow moving older people that were making their way out the door to the bus in the rain. My brother had to run out in the parking lot flagging down the bus with a flashlight to get him to pull back around. I know he was on a strict time schedule, but just making sure everyone was on the bus would be helpful. it was rainy, dark, wet, and people sometimes can't move as fast as we had hoped. Also the bus driver and the bus smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Not professional. Otherwise everyone got back safely and successfuly. We did give a tip to the driver.

We were very happy with the First Charter Bus Rental to get our guests back to their hotels and homes after the reception for our daughter's wedding in St. Albans. The booking was very easy to navigate. The driver arrived early and we were able to send all our guests home safely to get a good night's sleep.

First Charter was amazing to work with. We had a lot of drop offs and pick ups over a week, and every single driver was awesome with our campers.

The bus service was good and on time. The drivers were friendly and both trips went well.

A lack of communication occurred with the two busses and nobody contacted me for guidance. The wedding ceremony was forced to be delayed by over an hour waiting for the final guests to arrive. You can imagine the stress that created for bride. All it would have taken was a call to me as the contact and I could have solved the problem. No excuse for poor communication.

First Charter Bus Rental was the most affordable option for transportation for our wedding in Hermann, MO. They were easy to get a quote from, and showed up at the scheduled time and did multiple trips between the hotel/venue with no issues. I would recommend them as a wedding shuttle option. There was a slight mix-up after the wedding - 3 weeks afterwards they called me saying that they had two dates on my file and asked if I still needed a bus that day....so maybe double check to confirm the dates when you are booking them.
