The busses were late picking up. They weren't sure where to pick up. We were late to Feed Our Starving Children.

Making a reservation was simple and easy. All the phone calls that were made easy as well - everyone I talked to were kind!

The communication was very good, through email or over the phone. Very professional and polite employees.

Our bus driver was timely and courteous, and all went smoothly.

The driver was a kind, likeable person, but did not seem to have experience driving at higher speeds on the expressway and was very timid. Lacked GPS and relied on a paper copy as a map which created a safety issue.

Process to request a bus was easy enough. Josie, our driver, was great! She was early and very friendly and accommodating. She was a safe driver and gave us her contact info so we could call her when we were ready for pick up.

The bus was punctual and the drive was smooth. I do wish the driver had had more reliable directions available. This is my second consecutive trip where the driver was asking me to find directions on my phone while we were driving. I obliged, of course, but I needed to deal with contacting parents and distributing tickets to students, and it was inconvenient to also have to be on call to help the driver find the exit. Navigation seems like it should be one of the services provided by a bus company. I don't blame the driver, but the company should equip its drivers with the tools they need to get students where they've contracted to take them without battlefield-promoting the chaperone to copilot.

Our bus driver was about 5 minutes late for pick up, which was fine. He was very pleasant and got us to our destination safely and on time. The students enjoyed the bus ride and we felt it was a good experience.

From start to finish our experience was wonderful! Gernando arrived early, helped us get all our stuff on board and got us to our destination quickly and efficiently! He brought us home safely and on time and we could not be happier with our experience! The booking experience was easy and everyone I spoke to at First Student was helpful and knowledgeable!! Will definitely use First Student buses again for another event!!! Extremely happy!!

Our bus driver was great! But getting the trip booked and confirmed was a lot more hoops then we have ever gone through in the past 5 years working with First Student, including being told the day before the trip that we did not have a confirmed bus even though we had paid a month in advance for the trip. We were very disappointed with the consistency in the fron office compared to past years. It all worked out in the end and we had a fun day.
