Driver was on time and extremely respectful

The bus didn't show up on time and I had to call the depot to get another bus here asap

You all were so accommodating and professional!

The busses were over a half hour late picking us up to be transported to the venue.

The bus never showed up or called to say they weren’t coming. I called the telephone numbers that were listed and was told they thought the trip was for the next day and can get a bus to us in an hour then says never mind a bus is not coming to you at all. I had 40+ people waiting outside for my son’s birthday celebration with no means of transportation. Very disappointing and I even paid a $50 surcharge to change the route information.

It all was AMAZING!!!!! Driver we’re great, bus was clean, 5+ stars!

I am reaching out to let you know of a situation that occurred Saturday evening for Santina & Alex's Wedding at Glen Foerd.

The 2nd bus driver never came back. She left for a trip at 11pm and never came back for the last trip at midnight. I called, texted, and received no response from her whatsoever. I spoke with her earlier when I came to give her gratuity, and she confirmed all 3 stage times, 10pm, 11pm, and 12am.

The other driver was extremely accommodating and helpful. However, he called the couple before midnight to tell them everyone needed to leave. The event did not end until 12am and we never end earlier than what is paid for. The couple felt extremely rushed and it was very chaotic, especially considering the 2nd bus was nowhere to be found.

30 guests were left at the venue and needed to book ubers.

This is extremely unacceptable considering the couple paid for this service.

Please let me know what you can offer to the couple as they are extremely upset and embarrassed for their guests.

First Charter was so easy to work with! We booked them to transport our wedding guests to/from the hotel and venue and everything went perfectly. The company was responsive, as well as accommodated our need for last minute time adjustments, especially in the city the day of a playoff baseball game. Would highly recommend.

I am overall pleased by my experience as we have been using them for years. I rarely have concerns, but when I do they address them immediately. This past weekend I would like to note we had a wonderful driver and would love to have her again in our future trips.

Bus was clean and was on time for departure and arrival. Bus driver was pleasant and accommodating.

I booked this 1 year in advance. Lest year the bus did not show. This year I even confirmed the 3 days before to make sure they have a driver and would be on time. However , we had 48 students on the street waiting and it showed up almost 30 min late and then did not pick us up at the address . They did not call. The first number for after hours goes to a recording . I would like my credit for the time they were not there.

The First Student Bus Company provided excellent service from booking to the bus driver Ezekial. Ezekial was on time, very polite and helpful. I was surprised as I worked in the School District of Phila. when they contracted First Student Bus Company to help with transportation and let's just say there were many challenges. Whatever changes were made, keep up the good work.
