If you like hearing we’d love to help but,

Their customer service consists of wordy form letters stating, “we’d love to help you but aren’t going to.” I do not get their subscription emails and was not ready to receive a third order. I emailed a few hours after my card was processed and they told me to get bent. But in that really annoying way where they say, “gosh we would love to help you but put hands are just tied!!!! It’s so crazy!” I don’t like to spend my money with companies like this and will no longer purchase from them as they lack accountability. I have several subscriptions with other places and they just…cancel the order. As for whether the vitamins are better than what I had been buying at our local health food store…I don’t think so. Kid also thinks these taste gross. We haven’t noticed their amazing promises coming true, but I’m sure they are fine. I’ll keep supporting local instead of what seems to be either a huge corporate machine or a small business that doesn’t care about their customers. I’d also like to say that businesses with their product under their control usually have the flexibility to attend to the needs of their consumers; the ones who “cannot” alter a order four hours after it is automatically placed are usually overseas or run by secondary corporations with some figurehead or such. There are better companies to support with your money.
EDIT TO ADD: please read their reply; two more paragraphs of, we would love to help you but we will not. 😂😂😂 dudes, why bother. Please see their other replies. More of the same; give us your money and suck it.

The vitamins are fine but my kids don’t…

The vitamins are fine but my kids don’t like the way they taste. I cancelled my subscription only for them to mail out the cancelled order anyways and now I can’t get a response to return the unopened items in the original packaging! Only email contact for everything no live person and no response to your email inquiries….What a joke!

Vitamins were costly and if not better quality than ones found in the drugstore

Vitamins were costly, had an extra COD charge, and the quality / nutritional value is less than one I can get from a basic Jamieson brand vitamin.

Total waste of money.

This company are thieves

There vitamins don't do what they claim and they taste terrible. They make trying to cancel your subscription super confusing and difficult and they don't allow you to cancel an order or get refunds. They use predatory behavior to get and keep your money! Beware!!!

Skeptical to grateful

We have been using First Day vitamins for over a year now, significant differences overall in appetite and immunity. My son is 6 and hasn’t missed one single day of first grade this year and adding these vitamins to our routine is the only thing we changed. My son is extremely picky and says they taste good. About 9 months ago my son started having legs cramps at night and I didn’t even hesitate to add the magnesium nighttime gummy to our routine. Once again, solved our issue. He goes to sleep fast and in a relaxed state. Any time I have had to communicate with customer service they responded fast, we’re friendly and made it easy. The only reason I have had to talk to customer service was when I added the nighttime gummy or wanted to take advantage of a promotion. Everytime it’s been someone friendly. So grateful for First Day, will be a lifelong customer!

They are vitamins

They are vitamins, my teenager wasn't thrilled about them. What upset me was how difficult it was to cancel the subscription. It is not possible to cancel or pause online. Customer service responses read like they're AI prompted to respond like a gentle parent would speak to a frustrated kindergartener.

Been using for several years….and now, not a fan

I have been taking this specific vitamin, via to ship for a few years now. Up until the last shipment, the product consistency, texture, taste was the same. The last 2 shipments, the product taste is awful! The taste is that of a stuffy stale, nasty taste and consistency. What happened and why has this changed?

I love the Teen vitamins and my…

I love the Teen vitamins and my daughter has been taking them for over a year. The only issue recently is we are in Canada and are being charged customs fees which makes it very expensive and difficult to continue purchasing.

Poor customer service

They do not send order reminders and will not cancel your order or refund you even if the order hasn't shipped. It was also not clear I had signed up for a subscription initially. My daughter doesn't like these and they make her more impulsive and now I have another $100 of product coming. I asked customer service to cancel my subscription and they didn't. Took me 20 min to figure out how to do it. Their website kept crashing. Know what you're getting into. EDIT. I did contact customer service and they offered me either a 30% refund or $125 in free product. They were very courteous and professional but there was no good explanation for why they couldn't just cancel my order since it had not been shipped yet. If you can offer free product, why not cancel the order and refund me 100%.

My daughter hates the taste

My daughter hates the taste of the vitamins and refuses to take them. She said they taste like dirty pool water. I tried them and they taste kind of nasty and very metallic.
