I've just insured my car with them. Manish was really helpful during all the process.

Invariably you are left hanging on the phone for 20/25 minutes and you give up in frustration if you’re trying to contact them. Individuals one deals with are invariably pleasant and do their best. This company has no regard for dealing with their clients who are trying to make contact with them by phone. Management have no concern about customer service.

Dean help me very quick with my questions and sorted all .

Rebecca was excellent in dealing with my insurance qoute. She walked me through step by step and left nothing unclear. she’s a credit to the company.

I was today attended to by Caroline Corbally. I want to say she is an amazing person. The way she explained everything to me, made it so simple for me to understand.

She is absolutely the best.

They were ripping me off for over 4 years, increasing insurance each year. Lied to me on the phone each year as to why they increased it. I got curious this year as I got another increase so after the first month was up I checked other companies, got a quote for half the cost, I contacted first Ireland to cancel my insurance, I had to send my disk and details in before they would cancel. I done that and I got a call from them saying I had to pay a further 30 euros. I paid it and cancelled. Then I received an email saying I owe a further 144 euros on top of the 120 I had already paid. I'm a 45yr old man driving most of my life and they were charging me 260 euros for one month's insurance, I found it diabolical, I rang them and got a callback from a manager, he was not interested in listening and after that one phone call I received an email giving me 7 days to pay it or its going to court, mind you this all has happened in the space of a few weeks and the threat email came immediately after the phone call, saying they had tried to make contact with me. This company is greedy gangsters and I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies. Absolute disgrace this company is.

Very professional staff got my second policy sorted in few minutes.

You could say it's best if everything stays as it is!

Early reminder policy due.
I have been with First Ireland a long time and they never fail with their customer service.

Very difficult to get through on the phone. I was once on hold for over 20 minutes. doing a simple insurance transfer takes such a long time and is very frustrating.

Got help and answers on my questions. Stuff is wery helpful. Reason why I stay with First Ireland for years.

I paid for my van insurance 4 weeks in advance, I didn’t receive any documentation until 1 week after renewal date, I made 4 phone call in the meantime requesting documentation each phone call I got different excuses. I requested to speak to a manager I was informed they would ring back within 48 hours . No phone, phone call to date.

Excellent company to deal with.I am a new customer and their quote was the most competitive i could source.All staff i talked to during the process were pleasant and efficient and very easy to deal with..Thanks for all your help..

Excellent customer service from knowledgeable staff. Organising my car insurance was very straightforward with them. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

I gave them 5 stars because they sort out my car insurance policy without me knowing it and inform me early. They are quite excellent in making sure I do not go through stress in finding a cover for my car.

I made a few calls and dealt with different people. All were very pleasant, helpful and professional. The phones were answered quickly, and all my queries were dealt with satisfactorily.
