Avoid! I was promised my transaction would be completed in 24 hours. It’s now been over a week and I still haven’t recieved my money. I am currently owed over £16,000.

When I do call I always get the same response. ‘We will send you the transaction reference so you can track it’ and ‘we will get back to you with an answer within the hour’, yet neither of these things happen.. Everyone just passes the issue to someone else and I am still yet to have a response to my emails asking where my money is.

I was even hit with the ‘we have recently changed banking providers’ line as an excuse. Totally unacceptable to be telling your customer how bad the new bank you’re working with is..

I even spoke to the owner who said he would send me documents and get back to me. Yet nothing has still happened. My next step is to put a complaint into the FOS and FCA.

Overall, my personal experience is that I would not trust this company or work with them again. It’s not worth the anxiety and stress of not knowing where your money is.

As an overseas investor I have used a handful of different FX broker's in the past, however, since working with Dean Walker at Fiscal FX I feel that my needs are accommodated at any time of the day and I will continue my business with Fiscal for the foreseeable future.

Been using FiscalFX for quite a while now after Amex decided not to do Forex anymore. Always good rates. Website good and intuitive and Hayden is very switched on and available to help if things are more complicated.

We needed to transfer funds from a house sale in Spain to the UK, euros to sterling. We had never had to do this sort of thing before, being private individuals and not a company. Fiscal FX gave us clear and concise advice, which gave us confidence. They found the best method to effect the transfer and provided a good exchange rate. They handled process swiftly, politely and efficiently. We would strongly recommend them and be happy to call upon their services in the future.

Setting up an overseas business is hard work, thankfully Fiscal made the currency side far easier than it would otherwise have been. Their timing and speed has been key to maximising advantageous currency fluctuations as they arise.

We use a combination of FiscalFX and our bank to do regular exchanges - normally Euros and USD sales into GBP.

My company had some USD and we wanted to exchange to it into GBP but we are not in rush, we wanted best rate we can get. Hayden was nice and polite, updating us regularly but he was not pushy. We we decided to do it, transaction was smooth wethout problems and we had GBP in 2 hours after we sent USD. We will used FiscalFX again, actually expection some AUD and Hayden is already looking into that for us.

Sending money to China USD for 20 years and started to use Fiscal FX as the rates were very competitive.
