What can I say? This is twice now the lads there have helped me ( not Adam 😂😂) Mike & Marcus were brilliant. I’ve rang Preston for a bail arm on their magnitude reel to be told no spare parts? Yet I ring these guys and within minutes they’ve got the part for me. Thanks lads! Now that’s what you call customer service.
Only 2 weeks back they got me a new carrier section for a free spirit commercial feeder rod. These guys are always friendly and give you a definately yes or no if they have the part. And so far it’s always been a yes as they actually go searching if they have it in stock whilst you’re on the phone.

Ordered spare spools a few times now over the past year, and, unlike a certain other competitor website, have always delivered promptly, within a few days. None of this nonsense I've experienced elsewhere, with spools listed as "in stock", but in reality being nothing of the sort, resulting in back-ordering and taking weeks to months to arrive . Just honest stock listings, quality spools, and decent delivery times 10/10.
