Absolutely 10 out of 10! I placed my order before 11am and parcel was delivered next day. Prices are very good I had 30%off on black Friday. Highly recommend! I will definitely order again from FitCookie!

Customer service… terrible

I wouldn’t use an online store as my parcel was left outside without my consent and customer team just don’t care. No replacement no refund. 🤷‍♀️ DPD confirmed with me that the sender gave permission to leave parcel in front porch.

Placed an order and immediately realized i had requested the wrong flavor, i contacted customer service straight away and they sorted it for me without any hesitation. The products are great value for money and the cheapest I've found so far. Based on the customer service alone i would highly recommend this company!! The products arrived securely packed ( I've ordered things from different companies before and they have been damaged or leaked ), delivery was fast, products are great and i would highly recommend. Will 100% be using again for all my fitness supplement needs.

My husband and I have visited FitCookie Newbury several times, and Gabriel's expertise in selecting the right supplements has been incredibly helpful for both of us. He always recommends products that are perfectly suited to our individual body types and training needs, including gym proteins and everything we need for muscle growth, strength training, and overall performance.

Recently I ordered 7 products. Unfortunately one of them had shorter date. Exchange process is a bit complicated. Customer service answers slowly, u need to print ur own label and find drop off point ( i don’t have any close enough) so i gave up. Rest products seem to be ok, i tried only cherry chocolate protein which tests okish but with good ingredients list. Jelly and chocolate spread v nice.

Fact that they put hand written thank you on a small order summarizes the care that is being put into the business. Standard shipping package was delivered next day, we will definitely be using again!

Did not expected the delivery to come so fast!
FruLove as expected, excellent consistency and flavour.

I also got choco balls zero sauce. The consistency is bit runny and can taste the no sugar, however, I would still recommend it as of course the zero sauce is not gonna be so sweet and full of sugars like other sauces. If you are dieting, it is the perfect and much healthier zero cal alternative.

The price is very good and not expensive at all, comparing FruLove 1kg from eBay, which costs £14..., and also the zero sauce 500ml comparing to other brands, which sell 280ml for twice as much...

FitCookie also added a sachet of Bolero powder drink to my order and that made me actually happy, especially that I always wanted to try it. Excellent company, the free small gift inside - great idea. Now I also have the opportunity to try the Bolero, without placing an order first, so I can actually decide if I want to order more, rather than spending money and regretting it, in case I would not like it.

Will be placing permanent orders from now on!

First time I ordered few items from fit cookie and all of them are expired

Really pleased with how quick I have receive the order, the website is easy to use, have everything I could ask for and the prices aren't bad either

Order has been package and send after half an hour since placed. Also, because I had quite a big order they put an extra pre workout for free!!! Anything for free is a great bonus, they didn’t have to but I appreciate the gesture :) there was a handwritten thank you note on the receipt and everything was so well package, I can tell they care for the order not to get damaged during shipment. I had issues with that before from different supplements shops, so nice to see they care about that. Order came the next day and honestly they made such a positive impression. This is my go to shop now, but pretty please- make sure you are fully stocked and bring more options of BCAA rather than just one. My only wish!

I made an order during the black Friday event and chose a pickup point for the parcel I've ordered. The parcel never arrived, I've also asked for it in a main post office but no one was able to locate the parcel. After contacting the company multiple times we were unable to get to an agreement. There are multiple ways to get in touch with the business but there is no response and the last message from them was on the 5th of December stating that they are looking into this. This is unacceptable as I don't have the parcel nor my money, and it does feel like I've been scammed.

Order #79166 (November 25, 2023)

Parcel turn up on my doorstep with powder spread around the box and inside pack of protein was ripped and all over rest of the iteam , pictures were taken and sent to sales... - no response , send again same no response , ignored..
This was my first and last experience with this company - my loos as whole protein powder was damaged inside- I'm 100% convinced that open product/ripped -damaged powder was still packed inside my order and sent to me...SHOCKING!
Will definately tell all my customers to AVOID their website , as there is no Response , lack of communication and loose of money too..

Slow delivery, Thought I was ordering in a premium website, but just a very slow delivery process. ordered on Friday, check the tracking number on Tuesday, and Royal mail are waiting for the parcel still. Never again!

Great shop. I ordered a couple of times from them and always had a good experience. They always dispatch orders very quickly which is a bonus.

Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied... one jar of jam was open and one bar was also open, plus the short expiry dates of the jams for which I paid the normal price. I wrote an e-mail, no one responded, it was my last purchase from this company, I do not recommend it!!!

Visited the Crawley branch at the weekend and the member of staff there was super knowledgeable and gave myself and my partner great advice. Thanks so much!
