Personally used these for rehabilitation of knee problems and also for hypertrophy purposes and have had great results in both aspects.
The fit of the v3 leg cuffs is perfect.

The cuffs are very comfortable and good looking, they keep the required pressure and the one size fits all feature is really helpful.
I strongly recommend them to be used personally and in clinical settings.

Easy to use, safe, affordable and effective! Great product.
“I have been studying BFR training since late 2016. But when I heard the ‘’One size Fits all’’ I was amazed and I thought how can they create something easy to use, safe and affordable!?”
“Most BFR cuffs in the markets have a limited size range which makes me think twice before purchasing BFR Cuffs. Since the size of the limbs differ among athletes, it can be a pain to choose correct cuff sizes for all athletes.
Thanks to Fit Cuffs for a good “pump” and the short training sessions with great results.
In sum, comfortable to wear, easy to put on and take off one handed. Easy to use and effective. Great product!
FYI – You may use Fit Cuffs in the gym but also consider it for your home gym setup!”

I bought this BT application, but there is no such an app in Android play shop. In advertising it says free app but its nowhere to be found. This site is also confusing explaining lots of details my where confused way.

Ift. styrketræning er det et sjovt redskab, der virkelig kan være med til at flytte dig, uden du behøver lave tunge løft, og som samtidigt virkelig kan rykke din fysik til bedre.

Very fast in delivery (Germany), seems to be good product quality and has got smart packages as well.
Maybe a paper when I shouldn't use it and when it's helpfull would be nice (or maybe a hint to the website).
Easy to put on on legs and arms, also the bluetooth adapter is easy connected and helpfull.

I believe this is an objective true…
I believe this is an objective true innovation equipment. Same result of heavyweight training but with 30%,by the way you need to know that is important to know the exact tension to put on straps and even that than the weight is light but blood flow is restricted so it's more of a mind game. I love that I use it from 1 to 3 times a week and they are very well made ,maybe I would find something better than the straps just because in the future it can broke but trust me an honest 9.9/10
