Wish I read the reviews before ordering.
Like others have said they have now stopped replying. Order was sent 6 weeks ago and still not arrived said they resent it but tracking information doesn’t work.
Total scam

Bought a ropeless jumping rope, should’ve been delivered in October. Till this day (now February) still didn’t receive anything and also didnt get any money back. The customers service isn’t replying anymore and ignoring my emails.

Total scam!!!!! Do not buy from them, the item doesn’t arrive. I’ve reached out to them, no response! Absolutely disgraceful.

I'd love to give a positive review about it but I have no idea where my order is. They send you yodel stuff but it's been over 2 weeks! I'll let you know if this scam works out or if I receive my package at the bare minimum. I keep you posted 📫

Shameful misrepresentation. If they bother to answer queries they simply refuse to honour guarantees. Chinese rubbish stay clear.

Waited for weeks. Only the handles were in the tatty box. No way of contacting other than social media where they ignore you. Stay clear of it. I really hope people search for these reviews before purchasing.

Total scam. Took weeks for my order to arrive and when it did it was of such poor quality and clearly came from China and not the United States. Tried to contact them via email and online messaging on numerous occasions to arrange a return but no response and no phone number to contact them. Have claimed the money back via my bank. Avoid at all costs!!

I am absolutely appalled with the service I’ve received. I purchased a Fit Rope online four weeks ago as I have heard it would be great for my fitness, which is especially important to me as I have osteoporosis. I have sent four emails requesting a response and received no replies. I feel disheartened and let down, as I have now lost my money and still do not have the product. This level of service is unacceptable!!!!!

Very slow delivery. Poor quality item with no weights as described. Although it says uk company, item came from china as I could see this on tracker. Very poor customer service. They replied when I chased order they also advised I could return if not satisfied.
No address on website or details for return. I have emailed several times and no response. I am now taking this up with my bank as this seems to be a scam! Would. It recommend buying from this company
