Very efficient from booking to do the survey to delivering the report. Really good value for such professional and efficient service. I definitely will use them again!

They promised to give the report on the same although took considerable time but that’s not what is concerning. Jake promised that report will include the work that needs to be done to resolve any damp issues found but all that report listed was ‘outside repair work needs to be done’. On all issues found they just mentioned this comment and charge me premium for this report though same services were available at much cheaper rate but after speaking with Jake I thought these people are experts and I’m making my biggest decision based on the expert advise. All promises were fake and that report was useless to me.

A first rate service. Jake was flexible to carry out the damp survey at a convenient time. He used an impressive range of modern equipment, including cameras and a drone (for drainpipes) which means that the comprehensive report is extremely easy to digest and includes a helpful list of work required. Jake is clearly an expert and provided his report very promptly. An excellent independent survey. Exactly what I wanted. Great work!

Helpful and solid professional surveying service focusing on damp proofing requirements, with a clear report provided at the end.
Pricing for the survey and report reasonable and competitive.
What would have made the service more useful would have been (a) more indicative pricing estimates, in terms of the contracting market, to undertake the work required; and (b) ideally being able to source a contractor and project manage the actual damp proofing works required.

Communication was fantastic from the start. Jake arrived on time, was very polite and did a thorough inspection - using both damp meters and thermal imaging cameras. He discussed the issues during the visit and his report was delivered within 48hrs. Excellent service.
