I contacted this company about purchasing a Moonswatch. Their website advertises a trade-in service, but I was told they no longer offer it — which makes their website information misleading.

I also asked about making an offer on a listed watch (2024 Omega x Swatch Mission to MoonPhase Light 'Full Moon Snoopy') retailing for $995.00 and received no response.

For a retailer selling high-value products, this level of communication does not inspire trust. I would never trade with them! I have now bought my watch directly from Swatch AU with excellent customer service.

This is a lovely shop with a great website. Awesome vintage and new watches and they ad new 'stock' on weekly basis. I vind this particularly interesting. A lot of vintage watch shops have got the same offering for months, without any change. So people, lots to choose from! Follow them as well when you're into watches.

Ryan (owner) is very friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. 545 offers good old fashioned service you hardly find anymore.
