Ho ordinato ad inizio Dicembre ed ad oggi il pacco non è mai arrivato nonostante molti solleciti via mail e loro risposte di rassicurazione.

Unbelievably frustrated as I ordered some trousers for my brother for Christmas on 30 November. He sent the link so I did not think to check the authenticity and reviews. A week before Christmas there was no sign of the trousers so I emailed them. I was assigned Anna who said there had been some warehouse delays which I had noted and appreciated but given these were a Christmas present, I wanted to ensure this was sped up. Following this, I chased on a weekly basis to then get a general automated palm off message from Anna. I then asked for a refund given the delay and I was told that was not possible. Having not received the item and it being frankly no good now I queried why an earth I would not be and did not get a reply. I chased further and Anna again advised this was “being looked into”. In short this company is a joke and a scam DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!

Oktober bestellt, immernoch keine Ware.

It’s been almost 2 months and I haven’t received my package yet.. Not even a track & trace. Don’t buy anything here!

Nach meiner Bestellung am 01.12.21kam nie eine Information. Auf Nachfrage hieß es erst Lieferengpässe, dann im Januar wurde die Ware angeblich verschickt und Anna aus dem Service würde nur noch auf die Trackingnummer warten...
Hoffentlich bestellt hier niemand mehr!!!!

i have made an order on December and i have sent multiple emails asking where my order is, i have been sent the same emails saying that it was lost in transit and will be reprocessed, yet i am still here waiting for a confirmation of shipping almost 2 months later, do not buy from here it is a complete scam

A vile company who, having read the reviews, have seemingly stolen from plenty of honest customers. After falling victim for this scam when buying a Christmas present, I now plan on building a case against this company, and putting a real name and face to the creator. If anyone else would like to join, please contact me. Their deception must be stopped and refunds must be given for anyone who placed an order without receiving their items or a full refund.

Ich warte jetzt seit dem 26.11.2021 auf meine Bestellung. Auf der Webseite steht 6-12 tage. Am 14.12.2021 die erste Nachfrage meinerseits da wurde ich vertröstet das es Probleme gibt und mir wurde ein 25% Gutschein angeboten. Am 22.12.2021 wieder eine Nachfrage von mir und wieder wurde ich vertröstet das zwar die Bestellung versendet wurde aber noch keine Sendungsnummer gäbe diese wird mir innerhalb von 5 Tagen zugesendet. Heute am 14.01.2022 fast 2 Monate Später schrieb ich erneut, diesmal das ich noch bis zum 21.01.2021 warte, sonst will ich mein Geld zurück oder ich schalte den Anwalt ein.

Absolut unseriös, ich rate jedem davon ab dort zu bestellen. Solche Shops gehören gesperrt!

So many empty promises made!!
I am so disappointed with this company’s customer care. 3 weeks before Christmas I purchased a fleece jacket for my grandson’s Christmas present and within minutes I realised I had mistakenly ordered and payed for two jackets instead of one, straight away I sent an email explaining what had happened and asked them to cancel one of them, I sent 2 emails that day but only got a reply to my third email which said that the jacket I had mistakenly ordered could not be cancelled as the orders are processed straight away however on their website site it states you have 24 hours in which to cancel or amend your order so I sent another email with a screenshot of their policies regarding cancelling an order, I was told my email requesting a refund would be sent to the appropriate person who deals with refunds. I waited until a few days before Christmas by which time I was getting concerned about not receiving my order and was told that it had been shipped. Last week I sent another email saying how disappointed my grandson was by not getting the Christmas present he was looking forward to, I received an apology from Anna who said there was a delay due to Christmas, I also asked Anna about my refund for the other jacket and she assured me that the money would be refunded to my bank within 5 days but I still haven’t received my refund or the jacket and to be honest I’ve given up hope now of receiving the fleece and my refund. My last email I sent yesterday was to say I wanted to cancel both jackets and request a refund for both of them, I’m waiting for Anna to reply.

This is one of the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Made my order two months ago. No info, no answer. Dont waste your money.

Be careful!!! Ordered early Dec and didn`t receive anything yet. No answer on emails no reaction at all!!!
Don`t waste your money here.

Like everyone here, I ordered an item in November and it still hasn't be delivered. No more replies to my emails... If the ambition is to make an online store site, you can review everything from scratch.
Unfortunately I think it's a great scam with a lot of advertising on Instagram.
Watch out for karma dear Anna ...

Over a month now, still no parcel. I've asked for a refund, but we all know that's not gonna happen. TOTAL SCAM! Don't buy anything!

I ordered a fleece for my boyfriend in early November for his birthday and it never arrived. So I thought fine whatever covid is happening post is slow I will just give it to him for Christmas. It never arrived! They hardly reply to emails and when they do it’s just Anna with some lame computerised response. 2 MONTHS later no fleece but my money had gone. I asked for a refund and I am awaiting their response. TOTAL SCAM.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. I ordered an item on 3rd December, over a month ago. I still don't have it. I get the same cut and paste emails from 'Anna', who now seems like a bot. It seems I've fallen for the same scam as others. What I AM curious about though, is does anyone eventually get their item? I read on their site if they don't deliver within 60 days (which is a crazily long time) then they refund you. I guess I am only halfway through that time period. 2 months to wait for an item is nuts though. Is it coming via 1920s steam boat from China or something?

Möchte seit 2 Wochen die return adresse haben, um eine Jacke zurückzusenden! Die liebe Anna schreibt und fragt nur nach dem Grund der Rückgabe. Sendet keine Rücksendeadresse. Ich habe noch nie, wirklich noch nie so einen schlechten Kundenservice erlebt!
