Ils annoncent que c'est magique. Moi je ne crois plus au père Noël. Ils vous montrent une boîte j'ai reçu un sachet. J'ai réussi à faire disparaître une éraflure microscopique mais les rayures subsistent. En fait c'est un sachet imbibé d'un efface rayure de chez norauto à 8€ le bidon. Je cherche un synonyme de Arnaque pour rester poli.
De plus 19usd de frais de douane. C'est dommage que le site ne mentionne pas le pays de l'expéditeur. Si j'avais su je serai aller chez Feu vert ou un autre.
Passez votre chemin lorsque vous tombez sur la pub...

Pour 40€ d'achat, 14€ de douane non prévus a la commande à régler a réception du colis...
C'est de l'arnaque pure et simple...
J'ai retourné le colis avec le produit....

Totalement inefficace.
Et frais de douane imprévus, 11€. Ils m'ont remboursé la moitié.

La promotion est trompeuse. J'ai fait une première commande et une deuxième s'est automatiquement greffée. Le montant des frais de port est très élevé et pas mentionné lors de l'achat.
J'attends mes produits depuis le 20 février ...
J'ai un sérieux doute sur la fiabilité de ce site et je ne le recommande pas

This company Fixapro uses dishonest advertising. They claim a money back guarantee within 30 days and I returned the product after 3 days after finding it to be totally worthless. It did not remove anything but the most superficial scratches. I waited 6 weeks for a refund then called their customer service number and was told they never received my returned item even though I used the instructions they gave me to return them even going so far as to cut their address off from these instruction to use as the address label so there could be no mistake as to where it was sent. The other dishonest action by this company is that they charged me double of what I agreed to pay plus an additional shipping charge that was never included in the original invoice in fact that shipping charge was billed separately. What is really suspicious is that there is a 3 days difference between the 2 credit card charges. If you read other reviews on Trustpilot you will find similar complaints. Not surprised they have a 2.2 rating. Bottom line is that kept my money, got their product back (probably to resell to another customer) and had me pay for shipping both ways. I'd call this a masterful scam.

j'ai voudrais deux produits et avec leur site qui ajoute des promotions j'ai payé pour quatre, j'étais débité pour un montant de 82€ (trois débits séparés) vers 38€, j'ai envoyé les photos des débits à leur customers services et ils mes disent que pour eux il n'y a pas d'erreur! Ensuite il a fallu payer 8€ à la post pour les douanes, le produit vient des US. Je suis dégouté de la démarche commerciale, pour le moment je n'ai pas utilisé le produit.

Ce produit présenté par un homme à l'allure sympathique et l'accent Canadien se présente comme l'inventeur de c produit soi disant extraordinaire, les courtes vidéos de démonstration nous présentent des voitures fortement abimées mais qui grace au miracle de ce savant fait disparaitre les rayures les plus coriaces. Démonstrations fallacieuses aprés plusieurs essais sur mon véhicule, en suivant strictement le protocole, le résultat n'est pas à la hauteur que ce prétentieux scientifique nous promet, les fine rayures superficielles sont plus ou moins effacés pour le reste rien. Résultat 80% des rayures superficielles et moyennes restent présentes et je ne parle pas des rayures profondes.Par ailleurs d'après les étiquettes ce produit est inévitablement chinois. Publicité mensongère, promesse de remboursement si pas satisfait non tenue. A fuir...

Après plusieurs réclamations par mail ils viennent de me rembourser ne pouvant pas fournir le produit à fuir au plus vit

This is a fraud. Avoid it. I booked 2 units for €34 - they charged €117 and tried to upsell even more e very aggressively. FRAUD NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

FixaPro is an unethical business that inflates your bill and processes payment fraudulently. FixaPro advertises on YouTube but when you click through the ordering site it automatically bounces you to additonal pages and products you don't want. In tiny, tiny print below the "Order bar" is a "No thank you" unhighlighted line in tiny 4 pica print. If you hit back space it takeS you to yet another product page with the same trap. By the end of scrolling through you end up with a bill worth over $150. Moreover, I NEVER authorized an order but FixaPro processed an order trying to use my PayPal account. When I objected they said they couldn't do anything about it. They didn't even offer a refund if I returned the fraudent merchandise to them. THIS IS A BAD BUSINESS. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!

Bought this hoping for a miracle.
Overpaid. Customs charge when the postman came. Shipping insurance forced on you.
You get two little useless cloths in a plastic wrapper. Made in China written on the wrapper.
Moral of the story.... I'm a plonker !
Scam Scam Scam

Ordered their product to the value of £30 and received an invoice in FRENCH for £180. Sent an email to their supposed customer service, email failed bad address. Don’t go there

I was suckered into buying Fixapro's nano-infused cloth polishing kit that they claimed removed scratches from auto paint finishes.
The first thing I noticed was they added-on a $6.50 "shipping insurance" fee. This was not mentioned in any of their advertising.
Then I finally did what I should have done first -- I checked reviews of the company's claims. They were either false or highly inflated.
I just wrote to them to cancel my entire order.
