My Microwave broke and needed to feed my kids. A friend of mine was raving about Fixlers on their WhatsApp Status and it couldn't come at a better time. The appliance was up and running that same day!

Job not done, added to the TERRIBLE costumer service!
TERRIBLE costumer service! I was told by Fixlers operator three times within two days that someone will reach out to me right away! and I will get a quote on the kitchen job badly needed. But no one actually ever reached out. After calling a fourth time to check if someone is really on top of this, or I should rather just give up. And I actually dared complaining about there costumer service and that I wasn’t taken care of....guess what, “I get a call from the boss.....stating that they can’t help me on the job I promised to be taken care of, because I complained to the rep I spoke earlier.....TERRIBLE customer service! :-(

In spite of the time which has passed, I hope you will accept my deep and sincere apology for the disappointment caused.
I understand that you were expecting an immediate call-back from the allocated technician, and it is clear that we failed to meet your expectations.
From what I can see from the notes made at the time, we received your call during the day before Thanksgiving and you indicated that it wasn't an urgent situation. Nevertheless, I completely understand your frustration that you didn't receive the updates you were expecting.

Fixlers blew my mind. I reached out to their main auto-attendant at 10 PM Monday about our mailbox that was run over and damaged. In short, at 6 PM Tuesday (on a rainy day) everything was done to perfection, from sourcing material to mixing cement, to nailing the thing together.
