I dropped my mobile on a kitchen tiled floor and the already cracked screen from previous drop only this time went completely black, after visiting 2 local repair shops n was told not possible to repair and couldn’t guarantee it would work after fitting a new screen with £120 in the risk of been wasted. The thought of loosing all my dogs pictures was worrying. As my last try, I found Fixlocal in South Kensington n decided to give it a try as my last straw, a very friendly and professional staff served me, I told him how important to have the pictures back, not only he repaired my phone back to work with the existing cracked screen but also on the same afternoon, n so reasonably priced. A very rare thing nowadays. I highly appreciate his work. Can’t thank you enough. S

Don’t hand in your technology to this company! They steal. I handed in my new apple air computer to them for reparation more than six months ago and they “lost it”. No communication or no professional compensation. They are a scam!!

I went to Fix Local to get my samsung camera back glass panel replaced and the service was top. They couldn't do it straight away because they had to order the part which came in less than a week and it got replaced in 10minutes. Excellent job!

I had a disappointing experience at the Barbican shop. Prices were not clearly displayed, and many products seemed to be sold above their RRP. When I attempted to return a non-perishable item purchased the same day that was unopened, staff refused, despite the website’s terms and conditions indicating refunds should be possible. Communication with staff was difficult, and I felt dismissed when raising my concerns. Overall, the customer service experience left much to be desired.

Great experience getting my laptop sorted out for no additional cost than finding a lead to hook up to hdmi. Opened several adapters to try and spent a long time to resolve it. Included cleaning all the ports. Very happy customer and will use them again

Utter rudeness! I went to replace my screen as I had sneezed and it had cracked - first time in 2 years. They replaced it reluctantly at a very high price. It gets cracked AGAIN within a few hours. I return the next day to the shop with the crack and ask him to change it. He SHOUTS at me to tell me I heated it and would need to pay for a new screen. He would not accept that his product was faulty. He told me they were a small business when they are a chain. I will never return to this place and have told others to avoid. He continued to shout and make me cry, called me weird and threatened me he could shout louder. I talk quietly so did not appreciate it. He told me to appreciate him. Complete rudeness from a man who would not accept responsibility for his actions. Do not go here.

I’ve used this shop twice recently for iPhone repairs, and both times I have been very happy with the job they did. They were friendly, helpful and did the work within the time they said it would take. On the second occasion they gave my phone’s charging port, microphone and speakers free clean. I’m happy to recommend them.

I just been to the shop in South Kensington station the guy was very polite and help me to fix my phone I'm so happy he helped me. He was very kind and professional. If I need something I'm gonna go again and definitely gonna tell my friends to go there if they have some problems with their phones or computers.

9th November 2022 I damaged the screen of my MacBook Pro. I took it to Fixlocal in Fulham. He charged me £320 for a replacement screen. It seemed okay but the band at the bottom started to pull away. I took it back and the repairer stuck it back on, also the Computer did not close properly. On the 3.12.2022 the screen stopped working just over less than a month after warranty was up. I was told I had damaged it. There was no apparent damage and I had treated my computer very carefully and had certainly not damaged it. But the technician would not accept this and charged me another £ 290 to fix another screen. Again the computer top did not close properly and he said a piece of the old screen was there and he removed it but it still did not stay shut. Just one year later and 26 days out of the warranty the screen went black again . I returned to the shop and as it was now out of warranty I would have to pay for yet another screen. I left my computer with the technician so that he could see what was wrong. He did not call me back so after 4 days I called him and he said it was the Motherboard and he did not do that . He did not want to tell me that it was the third screen breaking in such a short time. Both screens stopped working just outside of the Warranty. The screens should have lasted more than one year. What quality screens was he fitting???? I then collected the computer, which he had taken apart and reassembled, to another shop. Surprisingly, it was not the Motherboard but again the screen. The 3rd screen in two years. The other shop was surprised that he lied to me and that the screen was so badly fitted. Also the battery was working to full capacity when I took it to Fixlocal and now it was dead. The other shop repaired the screen for £250 and made sure the computer closed properly. There was also no sticky band at the bottom of the screen as it was fitted tidily. FixLocal in their dishonesty did well out of me and now I have to pay for a new battery

I am positive that the second screen was not my fault as the technician lied to me about the motherboard and lied to me about the second screen which should have been covered by the guarantee.

I urge people to get a second opinion before they shell out their money in this Fixlocal

What a bad experience. I called them to enquire about a faulty key on my keyboard. The guy started telling me I needed a new keyboard (£189.99) and a full service because my laptop must have water in it (more £££) he hasn’t even seen my laptop or asked me a single question about it. Very condescending ‘mansplaining’.
I took it to another repair shop. They fixed the faulty key £25.

Reliable and well-priced service

This shop in Chelsea is AMAZING for computer and phone repairs. So kind and have helped me out several times. Highly recommend this place.

I have used this shop in the Fulham Road for some years now and have always received great service. The chap I dealt with today is called Vinston he is professional friendly helpful and a credit to the company. He works at 369D Fulham Road next to C&W hospital but this shop is not listed on the location tab.

destroyed my laptop's screen and stopped replying, kept my laptop in service for ages and only applied a partial fix which lasted for two weeks. one of the owners became somewhat aggressive after seeing my Google review and suddenly forgot all the previous conversations.
