They were very helpful and it was a straightforward experience. I was very apprehensive to let anyone onto my website however I knew it needed to be fixed. After this experience I feel very comfortable using their services again should I have any problems.

It's a little scary handing over control of your site to a stranger on the Internet, but FixMySite made it so easy. My sitemap had a error and it turned out I had a virus from being hacked. I had no clue how to fix the problems.
