We had an ongoing issue with a custom plugin on our WordPress site that we didn't have the skills to fix. The hosting services recommended Fixmysite. It was easy to explain the issue to them and place the work order. They had the problem fixed within hours and gave us all the time we needed to test. Our experience with them couldn't have been better.

I was stuck, spent 4 hours on the phone to support, tried every which way to fix but I couldn't. $50 and a few hours later and these guys fixed it. I won't be spending hours stressing over things I can't fix now. They're really good.

I reached out to the support techs at fixmysite.com to fix an error that had caused me to lose access to my Wordpress admin site. They continued to work with me even though at one point, they actually refunded my money saying that they were unable to fix it. However, after a support tech on my hosting site was able to help me gain access to the info fixmysite needed, they resurrected the ticket and kept working with me until it was resolved and access to my Wordpress site was regained. I'm so grateful for the tech that continued to work past their normal working hours just to get the help.

Happy with the cost and result. We migrated our site to a new hosting company to ensure up to date php and had 2 issues which they were able to fix. Took quite a bit longer than the 24 hours but we had not been able to fix the problems at all.

My website was infected with malware and I had contemplated attempting to fix it myself. For the fee that Fix My Site charges, it was simply not worth the headache of trying to do it myself (and potentially making the problem worse). One day last year, I discovered my posts no longer had a place to put the TITLE. I tried changing themes. That did not work. I found where it may be due to an update in my WordPress site. Too long a period of time had ensued to be able to restore my site back to the previous update. I tried adding a plug-in for custom fields, but it did not work for my theme. I wasted much time not knowing where to turn, I finally found this fix-it site from my host: Siteground.
Within the three-day option I chose, Vinicius had my site fixed! I'm glad I know where to turn now...

Not happy wasted my time on the website they won't come back to you after you make the payment.
It took 35 emails sent back forth to find what has happened.
