I had already paid for a replacement screen for my Garmin Forerunner 735xt triathlon watch last night and I was waiting to go to the post office in the morning. I read a few reviews and noticed that for this particular watch the repair had been fantastic but Fix Screens couldn't guarantee that the screen would be waterproof. Not ideal for when the swim is the first part of a triathlon! I rang them and spoke with one of the guys who confirmed that would be the case so he agreed to refund me straightaway. At least it saved me wasting time and money so obviously reputable fellas.

Very quick turn around, arrived like new.

I was really pleased with the service received by Fix Screens. I sent my watch to them by post on Monday and it was returned by Friday. They kept me up to date when they had received it and dispatched it again. It’s looking brand new and lovely again, thanks so much <3

Excellent service from fixscreens.co.uk team. The company gave me options in relation to the repair of my Garmin Fenix 6x Pro before I sent it to help me make an informed decision. Once I sent my watch, I was kept informed of progress via email and when the watch was dispatched via Royal Mail. The watch arrived well packaged. I was also provided with a new watch strap and screw drivers. My watch now looks new! I also purchased a screen protector which was fitted. All round brilliant customer service from the company. I would highly recommend them.

I recently sent off my garmin vivoactive 5 watch for a new screen I can say the screen is fine, but now my watch lights up on its own all the time so the 100% charge only lasts 1day as it has a mind of its own now and it is extremely annoying, also it doesn’t scroll like it used to not worth £120 that I paid to have it fixed! I can say I am disappointed.

Fast service and great comms, after review my item was not repairable but these guys tried, I promptly received a full credit less small postage cost, the item arrived back quickly.

I don't usually do reviews but I don't usually drop my Garmin and crack the screen and agonise over replace or find a repair. Found Fix Screens and took a chance - delighted! Dispatched on Monday - returned Saturday in excellent shape (though I note the caveat on perhaps not waterproof enough for swimming - not an issue). Worked exactly as set out on their website - got address, was notified the day they received it, notified of dispatch and done at what I thought was a reasonable price. If only all online services were as good as this. Good luck to this little 'cottage industry'.

The screen on my Garmin Venu was very dull and had screen burn, it was almost unreadable, although the device itself still worked fine for running, golf etc. I looked at a replacement and they were around £350. FixScreens replaced the screen for £80 in less than a week and it now looks and works perfectly again !

Website was easy to navigate and find the required parts to repair my daughters garmin watch. Turnaround time was exactly as quoted and communication throughout was superb. Would happily use the team again for repairing broken devices.

I greatly appreciate the quick turn around time and the professionalism with the team. I gifted my wife her smartwatch last Christmas and she was totally gutted when she broke the screen to the point she was in tears. Googled where I can get the screen replaced and Fix Screens came highly recommended. I know this might be minor, but I gave 4 stars because there was silicone residue still on the watch, like I said very minor but it's driving my wife’s OCD mental.

I had a cracked Garmin watch screen which I had put up with for a year before contacting Fitscreen.
Communication from them via email was excellent. There were clear instructions on how to send my watch to them and the payment was easy to do. They informed me when they had received it which was reassuring. From me posting the watch to receiving it back only took 3 days!
My watch looks great now.

Great experience using this company to replace my broken fitbit screen. Instructions for sending off were simple and straightforward, they confirmed by email that they had received my watch and kept me updated through the whole process. Only took a couple of days from sending off to having my fixed watch back. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. I had a scratch on my 5 year old Garmin watch and sent off to FixScreens. Everything was simple and easy to do and I was informed when the watch arrived and when it was sent back.

Replaced a Garmin Vivoactive 4 screen I cracked several years ago! Tired of looking at the crack and having bought an upgrade I decided to get the screen fixed. Competitive price (compared to Garmin!) good communication and fast turnaround. Offered me a screen protector and replacement strap which I accepted.
