Highly recommend this company. Not just the standard of service, workmanship and price but the customer care also. There was just nothing that was a bother to them and they were a pleasure to have around working.

The garden was nothing sort of a bomb site. Nature had completely reclaimed it and it isn't accessible by road, only a very narrow passage beside garages then onto a steep slope to the back door. We had had the trees and shrubs cut down and cleared (another superstar who will getting a 5 star review for that) but what was left was decades of rubbish and a steep slope of mud. There were buried patios and ponds, old coal bunker and shed full of who knows what, furniture, rubbish, everything except an old sofa out there. The person living there is disabled and just couldn't manage, what was needed was full hard landscaping and our budget was tight.

Fixt were just excellent from the get go. They came out the same day we made an enquiry and having had a cancellation, appeared at 9am the following day with digger that they got in no problem. 5 days later and what they have done is incredible. They quoted for what we thought would be basic enough to do it, but what they actually did was far more and built to last. Old paving and concrete gone, new patios laid. All the rubbish, shed and bunker gone, the slope evened out and now sporting some lovely cotswold stone chippings. And they really paid attention to finish and longevity. Those chippings are definitely not going to slide down the hill and there will be no weeds poking through either.

Little extras were suggested at no cost to ensure a good finish, nothing was too much trouble, we didn't even have to ask. Do you want that old concrete bunker? No? Gone. Fence is leaning a bit, we'll sort that while we are here if you want? The materials used were of far higher quality than we thought we were getting. Its certainly all been built to last. The garden is now perfect for someone with mobility issues and looks far better than we imagined it could on the budget we had.

But the best thing was little extra care touches. There was a pet grave there that would be under the new patio and they were so careful with that, even advised they would jetwash the memorial stone and ensure it was placed exactly on top again. They were extremely hardworking, prompt, professional and friendly and made the person living there feel quite happy and comfortable with what could have been a very intrusive experience. And they are coming back to check on their on their work. They really took pride in transforming the place.

From start to finish fixit have been very professional, timely and reliable. They completed the job on time, to budget and were polite, respectful and left the garden clean and tidy during and when the job was completed! We contact Fixt for some turf to be put down. The guys were very polite, and they did an incredible job. They also after finishing the job came back 14 days later to make sure the turf was growing well. Highly recommend these guys, very rare getting aftercare from a company nowadays.

Very pleased with the men who did the work in my garden, I have had a gardener for years who recently decided to retire so I got in contact with fixt, originally it was to have all my beds dug over and the weeds taken away along with a fresh layer of topsoil applied, which was done in 2 days, to a professional standard. Having seen the men work I decided to go with their fortnightly garden maintenance package, this includes my grass, edges, flower beds and anything else they notice they get to. Can’t recommend them enough. Keep up the good work.

Got the guys in to build me a patio decking, materials delivered and decking finished on the same day, they also laid some turf as well, garden looks great, hopefully the weather keeps up so I can use it ☀️🕶️☀️ what a transformation
