I was sold a dirty,stained and scratched 7 foot barbell with 1 inch diameter. It was sold as a “standard home gym” barbell. The knurling (grip) was only on the widest section of the barbell and the middle 27 inches where anybody would grip was polished chrome completely unsuitable to grip properly and dangerous particularly for the bench press. I sent emails of my safety concerns,photos,videos and examples of the grip needed on all the exercises listed for its use but my concerns were like talking to a brick wall. I even warned them of the deaths that happen each year when people have had accidents bench pressing with poor grip often sadly the cause.Unless you are 8 foot tall with 27 inch shoulders you cannot grip the knurling. Unbelievably I was told to grip it anyway but it’s impossible to do this without risk of injury or worse. They advertise 30 day returns but they do not honour this. After I was getting nowhere with them I informed them I was sending our correspondence to Trading Standards and I have done so today. In nearly 40 years in the fitness industry I have never seen a barbell constructed so dangerously it’s nothing like I have ever seen before. I wouldn’t go near this company the bar was cheap with free delivery but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. More importantly they are knowingly selling dangerous barbells cheaply and they can’t not know that it’s only a matter of time before someone drops the bar on themselves having to grip polished chrome instead of a knurling section and is seriously hurt or worse. I have tried to warn them and gone to extensive trouble trying to do this but you just keep receiving a generic reply. I am lucky that I am experienced some parents looking for a cheap deal may not be so lucky.

I was a bit nervous about getting back into training as it’s been well over a decade and wasn’t sure what equipment would be my best option.
I can tell you now that Akash at FK Sports was so helpful with all my emails and questions and his responses were literally the same day if not within the same hour.
I had done my research on different gym equipment supply companies and these guys stood out with their fantastic customer reviews.
I’m so pleased I used FK Sport not only because of the A1 customer service I received but the delivery time was insanely fast and the equipment quality was hugely impressive.
It was important to me that I chose the right equipment for the limited space I have as my family have all clubbed together to buy me this for my 50th birthday.
Akash was patient with me while i measured up to ensure the 3 tier Heavy duty rack would fit and also put my mind at rest that the 5kg - 20kg Hex dumbbell set would fit well on it, which it has and looks great.
I also ordered a 12kg kettlebell and am so pleased with it all!

I bought a full set of dumbbells from 5-20kg plus a weightlifting bench. The product is amazing. Very pleased with everything. One of the weights was missing on delivery and the customer service was outstanding. Replacement was issued within 24hours. Way above what was expected. Thank you

I've brought some weight equipment recently and everything I've had from FKsports has been delivered on time very quickly. The equipment is very sturdy and well priced

I ordered a barbell set last night with free delivery postcodes- got a call this morning from someone called Ashutosh, who quite honestly was so rude!
He was calling to tell me that there was now a delivery surcharge of £20- i advised him that i would just cancel my order then. He then told me that they would pay half and I could pay the other £10.
Again, I told him that I would just cancel the order as I live in mainland Scotland and not prepared to pay £10 delivery.
He told me to hang on whilst he talked with his colleague- 2 minutes later he comes back to tell me that they would pay half and to take some time to think about paying the other half!
Three times I have now told him to cancel my order!! “Oh you want to cancel?” He says!
“Yes I’d like to cancel!”- he proceeds to just hang up!
I then receive numerous emails informing me that I can get my “trampoline “ delivered free to the below listed postcodes- well, I didn’t order a trampoline for a start, and secondly, my postcode was one of the free delivery ones listed!
Emailed them back to ask what is going on?
Received another email informing me that they had listed the wrong postcodes that would be suitable for free delivery, and I could get my order delivered to an address within those postcodes!
Omg! For the umpteenth time, “ I’m not paying an extra fee for delivery so please CANCEL MY ORDER!
Don’t recommend these guys at all and won’t be buying from them again!

Ordered a 48" hexagonal rebounder and it assembled great. Hardest part was getting the bungee ropes attached to the frame, there were 54 of them. Took a lot of effort and we had a problem with the last two cords, I would suggest to undo the opposite side two cords, it eases the tension and enabled the cords to all be successfully fitted. It's not a quick install and you need to have strength to fix the cords, but well worth it. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great customer service! I bought a rebounder which had a slight problem, they quickly sent me out a replacement no hassle, there is a knack to putting the bungees on, start at the corners then just keep turning the rebounder and doing one at a time to keep the resistance spread out. I’m very happy with it and it’s super quiet when rebounding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great company with exceptional customer care, when I had an issue with my delivery they didnt hesitate to resolve my issue, no excuses just quick and efficient service.
Easy to assemble spin bike, great price which will help me through prep! Much appreciated. Highly recommend

Quality product. Well advertised, great packaging. Excellent sales service and delivery was exceptional. Impressed with quality of product and ease of assembly. Instructions not needed and tools supplied were fine. Set up on mats also bought from FKS which are just the job. All in all, a great purchase. Thanks.
PS My wife is a fitness instructor and although it doesn’t compare to the spin bikes she uses professionally, she was also very impressed.

I ordered a 24kg kettle bell through ebay and there were repeated issues with delivery by the courier company, once the item went missing and the second delivery came completely smashed. The customer service was super responsive and first class. The third delivery was great and I love the item. Such excellent service is really appreciated.

Order 2 kattlebells one came damage , not the fault of the company , i received a replacement straight away so what can you say , thats fantastic service

WARNING!!! Don't buy any products of this company, I order a treadmill and the information said can hold the weight for 140kg and I'm below 90kg, the problem of the treadmill is the welded bolt that holding the one of the stepping board is snap , I riased this concern to the fksports, because its not been a year and the treadmill damage already and they started doing delaying tactics so we can give up about the complain. I been contacted them several time but same answer, so i feel like I been scam so be careful on buying there products, be vigilant

I ordered a trampoline for my daughter’s birthday, and there were missing parts for the assembly!
I first contacted the customer service team via web chat, I got through to someone called Ashutosh. I explained the problem and after accusing me of not looking properly they offered to send me two replacements. This would have been fine but it was supposed to be fully constructed for my daughter to return home to that day!
After accepting that solution I realised I could not disappoint her like that, so I rang them to return the item.
One the phone to them I explained I would like to return the item. They accepted that but stated as the item is not ‘faulty’ I would have to pay for shipping. I explained if the order is not complete then it’s as good as being faulty. The very rude gentlemen exclaimed several times that it isn’t faulty, then offered me £5 and then £10 to keep the item.
After feeling disrespected and angry I explained again I want to return it, he said, “I have put it through to the technical team”. I asked if he could confirm I would not be paying any shipping fees, he said, “you can expect an email for the returns process for non faulty items”. I asked for a manger and he told me, he was the manager. I explained he has terrible customer service and he can expect a review.
Some may say I should have checked the box for missing before the day, but who does that.

Bought an exercise bike from them, great quality product at a good price delivered quickly. Had a few questions and was very impressed with their prompt informative replies. Very likely to use them again - great sellers, thoroughly deserve to do well.

Product turned up within 24 hours. The plastic was cracked (possibly in transit at the box was squashed). I emailed FK sports and they apologised and sent out a replacement within 24 hours and emailed to check it arrived and was in good condition. I really appreciated the speed of response and how friendly the staff were.

We purchased the 8ft enclosed trampoline. Their customer services were incredible, delivery was beyond any expectations. Trampoline took roughly 1.5hrs to set up and was really easy. My son is absolutely thrilled with it. Thank you so much for helping make it happen.
