Ordered a pull up bar. All good from communication, to delivery time and quality of item considering the price. Doesn't feel like it will come apart. Only thing worth mentioning is that the part touching the door frame can leave a black mark, which I managed by putting some fabric in between.

Husband bought a massager for my Christmas present, didn't work properly, they sent a replacement promptly and communication was excellent

I bought a mini rebounder didn’t use it very often but all the stitching broke when FK was contacted they told me it was normal wear and tear it was Less than 8 months old very poor quality and customer service. will never use them again. after this revue Eric contacted me and said he would have the rebounder replaced 7 weeks later still not arrived do not use this company they are very poor

Ordered an 8' Trampoline for my Grandson for Christmas, arrived in good time, well packaged. Couldn't put it all together until we arrived back from our time away for Christmas at which point we discovered there was a spring missing. A quick phone call/email and three springs were sent immediately and again arrived in good time. Would highly recommend this company..... the quality of the goods were exceptional and the customer service just as good :)

I ordered 130kg of weights. 90 kg turned up! I had to chase up and was told no mistakes they had sent weights with 2 courtiers. They had sent 4 x 5kg instead of 2 x5kg. Missing the 25kg weights. After a few days the 25kg were delivered. The pick up date was the day after my complaint. So there was a mistake and delay of completing order. No apology.

This is the worst company ever do not buy anything from them , if you ever had to send an item back they are the worst at it , i purchased a swing chair I didn’t like it asked them for a return , I was getting the excuse of we had no prb from other people why you return it , why should I answer them , then I had to take the item to post office to sent it back and i hopefully can take the money , spent 15 pound to return it because they don’t want there items returned. The worse company in the country with staff with proper attitude when it comes to returning items. This is my 5 stars ❌❌❌❌❌

Good product and excellent costumer service.

Absolute shite. Rebounder can’t be built because the mat won’t reach from one side to another due to the tight ropes and customer service is useless. I’ve asked others to help me assemble it and no one could stretch the ropes.

Avoid the company and don’t waste your money like I did.

Although product developed a fault after a month, the customer service was amazing! After a few messages backwards and forwards, they agreed to replacement it free of charge. Aka kept in touch on a daily basis to ensure I was happy

Order was placed easy enough and the company processed it quickly and efficiently. The adjustable bench was easy to assemble. Good quality and comfortable, very pleased with this product.

FK Sports' customer service, including response times, is absolutely unmatched in quality. Their staff were friendly and very helpful when I ran into issues with the courier, offering to fully replace my order with express delivery. This ended up being unnecessary, as in some sort of Christmas-movie twist, my original order suddenly arrived yesterday in perfect condition. I don't know what kind of magic they worked, but I would most certainly recommend FK Sports to anyone, and definitely will buy from them again.

I've got a vibrating plate with a dysfunctional remote control. The communications with the seller were very productive, and the issue was resolved promptly.

Fantastic service. The baby walker we ordered was damaged in transit by the delivery company. Absolutely not FKSport fault.
But they replied immediately to our contact, and replaced the item in a couple of days without quibbling.
Would definitely buy from them again.

Purchased the manual mini exercise bike and couldn't understand the computer side - contacted FKSports and asked for some help.
Couldn't believe I got an email response almost immediately - from a 'human'. Email explained everything, very simply and easily. I now know how it all works.
It's a great little exerciser. I'm 76 and thought this would be useful with winter in the offing. I think I'll be using it all year.

Great customer service , we're happy to help when my parcel was dumped by the courier , I originally thought it had been stolen , ut a neighbour had rescued it from the rain .
They happily passed a complaint to courier and fully supported me as there customer.

I couldn't recommend this company enough, my order went astray in the post, the company called me to apologise and asked if I still wanted item or refund, I said I still wanted the item so they told me they would send out the item again, they did that on 48hr tracking and it arrived the next day, this company went above and beyond to get my item to me quickly, after all it was down to the couriers that my item went astray yet this company rectified it, great customer service polite and professional staff recommend 100%
