The Flag nor Fail team is the total package, my hoodie/joggers came in a tough ziplock bags inside of a printed box, some cool free decals, and a hand-written thank you note from one of their staffers. Not to mention the clothes are amazing! Good job guys!

Ordered "premium" tees from their website. Listed as a 4 pack bundle. Received my package with only 2 shirts. When I contacted customer service I was told that was a typo. So their site is misleading and falsely advertised products. When leaving a review on the site it seems as though they screened it and it did not post on their site. Their way of making this right was offering me a 15% discount on another purchase. Or returning what I purchased. These "premium" shirts from this "cut and sew" brand are made in China.

I purchased a pair of the overalls. I was shocked to see that there were no less than six brand name tags on them. They also gave me a plethora of stickers and other swag to promote their product. That was disappointing. But Much worse, they did not post my honest review on their website

Quality of clothing was really. Their customer service and returns are 1 star. I received a pair of the camouflage overalls tried them on, they didn't fit right so I returned them. They would not give me a store credit as I was trying to buy more stuff from them. They were returned to me, now I have no use for overalls that fit me. Yay! It's to bad cause I would've definitely bought more products from them.

Love the look of the clothes hands down t shirts are great fitting got to say bought 2 jackets that just came out and I got to say they are made like shit stitching under arms of two different jackets i bought ripped open so disappointing they cost over a 100 bucks not a happy camper

The best clothing company I have ever ordered from!! The packaging was even awesome to get. To the hand written notes. The small gifts received. The quality of these bag and the overalls. The true to size of the clothes. Fast and accurate shipping. I truly can not say enough good about this company. Definitely have a fan and ambassador for life.

BEST QUALITY. Of course this is years later but my entire wardrobe is from the Husband and Wife duo. Clothes and texture is on point and very innovative.

Attention to everyone who lives abroad! FNF again and again has problems with compliance with the standardized sizes and you have to pay for the return. For example the “flannels”. I wear size large for all of my FNF tops (also for Nike, Reebok & G-Star). Flag Nor Fail's new flannels are significantly too big, at least a size, maybe even 1.5. And it's very annoying that I have to send the things from Germany to America at my own expense. At least it wasn't a mistake on my part when ordering. At the moment on the product website it is written “true to size”. This is very poor customer service for an American company. In the USA, customer service probably suffers greatly. What a shame! Furthermore SOME of the T-Shirts (i.e. the oversized) have minimum of quality. The inside seam is sewn correctly, but the inside seam is sewn in such a way that the hem sticks out to the inside. You have to spray the T-shirts in question with special chemicals for ironing beforehand so that the inside seam doesn't stick out, because then the shirt will bulge outwards in these places, e.g. at the collar. Reminds me of poorly Made In China.

Just an absolute fantastic company. Their customer service is remarkable. I have never had any issues with my clothing arriving on time. They are who you should model your companies customer service after. Did business with another company and it ended in a screaming match. These people will do you right!

Always really high quality clothing, in cool colours. Perfect fit for my body.
You have to be quick when new items are introduced. Normal sizes (for Swedes, like XL), always runs out pretty fast.
Really fast delivery. Less than one week from order confirmed to delivery in Stockholm. Excellent!
And if you are worried about the purchase, they use Klarna! No worries!

I ordered a few times at Flag Nor Fail, never been disappointed. Let me explain:
- delivery to Switzerland in 10days, all taxes included in selling price, so no bad surprise.
- a purchased item was unfortunately out of stock, that can happen. I immediately received an email informing me and telling me I'll be refunded in that particular product. Which happened quickly too
- clothes are good quality and the packaging on point
- you can wear something nobody has (especially in Switzerland and big part of Europe)
- the fitment /cut is good for muscular bodies
- the size indications on the website are accurate.

I ordered a sports bra, matching leggings and a tank top. I received notification that all my items had shipped. It wasn’t until my package arrived that I noticed the bra was NOT shipped to me. I had to notify customer service that I did not receive an item. I sent customer service a message through the website (and didn’t see notification it was sent to them) so I also responded to my email saying all items had been delivered to me. One response stated they oversold the item (they no longer had the item in stock) and they refunded me the money for the bra, a second response (from the same person) stated they could send me the item in another size. I let them know, from past experience with other companies, that when something like this happens they put people on a waitlist for the next release of the same or similar product (if the customer wants to be on that list). Flag Nor Fail took over a week to respond to my email and said they could make a new invoice because they magically found what I ordered, in the size I ordered, after telling me a week prior they didn’t have any. I would not recommend buying from them as their customer service is not consistent and they do not notify customers of errors with their orders.

Tl;dr: Expensive cheap clothes and terrible business ethics.

I like the clothes and bought a few things, zip jacket and sports bra for starters to see if I liked the brand. People like Dana and some good camera/lighting can make any piece of clothing look good so I was cautious.

The zip jacket is fine, but the quality for the price is absolutely bonkers. The color faded very fast. It was supposed to be black but it quickly became a crummy cheap grey and the seams started coming apart after a couple months (it was loose on me so it was truely just from wear - cheap fabric, cheap thread, cheap)

Also, the sizing is all over the board. I am a S everywhere (sometimes an XS) and ordered a S sports bra (after even checking the size chart to make sure the 34" chest would fit). The bra was SOO teeny tiny I don't think a 12 year old girl could wear it.

No big deal. I contacted support to exchange up a size, whatever. Except they don't do exchanges. Not just on sports bras. THEY DON'T DO EXCHANGES AT ALL. Insane.

Tossed the bra since no one ever could wear this.

Won't ever buy from here again. Not to mention DLB is just a bad actor, bad attitude, bad vibe.

I placed an order November 15th and sent an email no response and still have not received Joggers and today is the 28th.

I just received my purchase.( pink jogger and olive green leggings) . They are beautiful products but Completely see through. I was hoping to wear them at my gym but I can’t because it’s a military facility. I am really bumped out and disappointed .

THis business is run by solid individuals that care about people and the world we live in. Their clothing is among the highest quality in the world. Half my wardrobe is now from their line. Excellent customer service as well and they will make sure you are taken care of.
