Timewasters.
I contacted the company today to see if it was possible to make an initial order of a smaller amount of hats printed. So to just see the quality of them before making a larger order. I was told they could do this and quoted a price. I replied back accepting the price. and stopped my search for the items in question thinking I would get this order now.
Nope! I got an email back basically saying, Oh we want to charge you more money than what was agreed.
Unacceptable. Wasted my time and cannot stick to what they quote customers. Avoid. Many others with better service than this out there.

Speed of delivery and product was as online photo and description. The only small downside was no instructions as to how to attach the flag to the pole once erected but did manage to do this after a couple of attempts so no big drama! Would use your company again - Thankyou.
