Called when I was driving so I didn’t get the call and cancelled the viewing even through I got there 30 mins before it started.

I would like to share my recent disappointing experience with Flagstones. We have rented a flat through Flagstones (Lorik) and we were promised that we will get a cash back of £500 from their commission, basis which we took that deal otherwise it was not a profitable deal as compared to others.

After the whole process was done and we signed the agreement and when we asked for the cash back from Flagstones, we were told that they won’t be able to pay me the cash back as they haven’t got the payment from the builder and its been cancelled. Since this was a unfurnished flat, we have to buy all the furniture which was an added cost to us. And on top of that we were informed just a week before which leaves in a situation where we cannot even pull the deal back.

Also it’s an issue between the builder and Flagstones, they should deal that separately and it shouldn’t affect me, as the commitment was given by them and not by the builder. The whole process is a black hole, who knows they got paid or not.

I would suggest pls be careful in dealing with them as this can turn out to be bad deal for you as well…..

I’d like to share my recent experience with Flagstones, which unfortunately has been disappointing and far from the level of service one would expect.

I’ve been renting a flat through Flagstones and encountered an ongoing issue with the landlord. As the letting agency facilitating this agreement and earning commission from each deal, I believe it is their responsibility to help resolve such matters.

Despite reaching out to Lorida and requesting assistance, it’s now been over three months with little to no progress. Communication has been vague, and while I’ve been told the issue is being looked into, there’s still no clear timeline or resolution in sight.

I hope this review encourages the team to take the matter more seriously. I remain open to dialogue and would appreciate a follow-up to finally address this situation properly.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property agency. They confirmed a viewing time for March 29 2:30pm on March 24 via SMS and email, and even reconfirmed the appointment on the morning of the viewing day. However, shortly after my confirmation, the agent abruptly asked if I could come an hour earlier, without providing any explanation.
Since we were driving over an hour to get there, we informed them that we could only make the originally agreed-upon time. Despite this, just 45 minutes before the scheduled viewing, the agent messaged me (without calling) to cancel the appointment entirely, blaming the tenant for not allowing access. This last-minute change was frustrating and poorly handled, especially since they failed to inform me earlier about any issues with the tenant’s availability.
The agent’s inability to manage expectations or communicate effectively wasted my time and effort. Their lack of professionalism and reliability makes it difficult to recommend this agency to anyone seeking dependable service.

One of the best letting agents to do business with. They deliver on their promises and their customer service is on point.

The flat was on the market but not getting the right tenants (who could satisfactorily pass the reference checks) through the door. Lee proactively came on board and within record time found tenants that met the legal and financial retirements. All thanks to Lee’s proactive stance!

Do not negotiate with them, they stole my security deposit after giving me a very dodge contract, that was available just one day before my moving date.

Lorik was not only helpful but also communicated efficiently and promptly throughout the process, making finding a rental property a breeze. Highly recommended!
