I have been using this tool and, unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. While it may be decent for basic still lifes, its performance in training is poor, as it often distorts the products in an unacceptable way.

The only notable feature is the live editing, which is useful. However, there are several drawbacks to consider. The subscription renews automatically, despite being monthly, which is a major inconvenience. Additionally, I have noticed that the website often freezes, affecting the overall experience.

A concerning issue is the lack of a clear method to cancel the subscription or delete the account. When I tried to reach out to hi @flair.ai, I received an automated message indicating that the address could not receive emails. This is frustrating and gives the impression that they are making it difficult for users to unsubscribe easily.

Fortunately, I managed to contact support @flair.ai, and at least I didn’t receive a bounce-back message this time. However, my experience so far has been disappointing, and I feel that the tool does not deliver the value it promises.

In summary, I recommend exercising caution when considering this tool. It does not meet expectations, and the lack of a clear cancellation process is unacceptable.

The free plan indicate you will need 3 hrs to generate the video.. but after waiting for 3 hrs, it wont return with anything.

Subscribe for Pro plan but only allow for 2 videos.. I cant even test anything..

If you leave a bad review on their Youtube video, they will delete it straight away..

Honestly there are many competitors of this app that have a way better quality. I stopped using this quite quickly when I saw they weren't updating their quality as fast as AI modules were evolving.

I forgot to turn off my subscription for a year and they only reimbursed 1 month, first time a SaaS doesn't accept to reimburse me fully for something I didn't use.

Worst company ever. They do not respond to support emails although I paid the subscription and it is on their website to reach out. I have sent multiple emails asking for support, zero answers. Find another application.
