We are new to the area and this is the first time we have used Flamenca Cars and I must say that everything has been first class with them . From picking up and dropping off vehicle their service to us has been brilliant.
My family arrived a few weeks ago for the first time and everything was spot on from arriving and going back to airport with vehicle. I would definitely recommend Flamenca Cars. 👌

We have used Flamenca Cars for several years now and have never had any problems. In fact, they go above and beyond with their customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed with this companies attitude.
I booked a car with a rear facing car seat for a 6 month old baby. On collection the car seat was in the car but not fastened in. I expected this as it is the hirers responsibility. The instructions were on the side of the seat but no matter how hard I tried I could not get the seat belt to reach so I could fasten it in. I called Flamenca and their employee came back out to us but he wasn’t able to do it either. He then proceeded to make up his own way of fastening it in. I showed him that this was not safe; he said there was nothing he could do as they didn’t have any other baby seats. At this point I said I had no choice but to cancel the booking and go elsewhere. He said someone would call me the next day. No one called so I sent an email requesting a refund. I received an email back saying I wasn’t entitled to a refund as I had cancelled the booking. I explained what had happened but all they could say was that no one else had complained. I asked if they had tried to install the seat themselves to see if it could be done. Since then I have had no reply and no refund. I have given this company ample time to reply. I will not be using this company again.

I just wanted to let you know that we dropped the car off yesterday morning.

All went extremely well. I was anxious as it was our first time but after phoning Ali she was so helpful. She immediately put me at my ease telling me not to stress and gave me clear directions and instructions . She was wonderful and made the whole process easy and a pleasant experience.

In April this year, 2024, I decided to assess our car parking facility in Spain in the Region of Murcia. At present we can fly into either Alicante or Murcia airports so required dual parking for our Spanish registered vehicle. The present company we used had increased their price for 2024, considerably, which made us reflect on what best suited our needs. With this and whilst driving around the region we came across an advertisement campaign on the radio for Flamenca Cars that were now offering dual car parking at both Alicante and Murcia airports at a introductory price of €350.00.

With this I made initial contact with Flamenca Cars where I was introduced to a very nice lady called Ana. Ana, who is one of the lead managers with Flamenca Cars made us feel very at ease and reassured us from the very 1st phone conversation. We were then invited to the parking facility at Flamenca Cars at Murcia airport to meet in person with Ana and go through the details of what Flamenca Cars offer when you leave the vehicle with them whilst you return home to the UK or wherever. Throughout the meeting, where Ana absolutely covered the whole parking agreement, myself and my wife were fully at ease and any questions we had we answered. We have our own car cover to protect the vehicle whilst we are away and Ana reassured us that Flamenca Cars staff will cover the vehicle with the protective cover when it’s parked up in the vehicle compound. I will stress at no time did we feel pressured to go into contract with Flamenca Cars we were only given true facts to take into consideration when selecting a new provider to leave our car with when we returned to the UK.
I will also say any correspondence regarding questions we had following the meeting or our contact, either via WhatsApp or emails, were very promptly replied to which, for me, is so reassuring so customer service and attention to detail are second to none.

Regarding our contact with the staff we have met, again this has been exceptional and very friendly. When we left the car at Alicante airport for our very first time we were given very precise information and instructions for the procedure to drop the vehicle off. Before we arrived at the airport we were contacted by one of the staff members, whose name is Jamie, about what to do and where he would be located in the airport car park. When we arrived at the location within the multi-story car park, Jamie was in the exact location he said he would be, awaiting our arrival. Jamie then went through the procedure for getting to the airport departures terminal along with reassuring us he would take good care of our vehicle. He also reassured me that he would personally put the vehicle protective cover on the car himself. I will say at this point we had not even got through security within the airport when I received a WhatsApp message and photograph from Jamie saying our car was parked up and the cover was on, I was certainly not expecting that in that short space of time and for that I was very impressed and very grateful.

Finally I would just like to say first impressions are very important to me and what we have experienced and have received to date have been above and beyond what we were expecting and both Ana and Jamie have certainly gone above and beyond for Flamenca Cars as a company and we look forward to many years of the same customer service and attention to detail both personally and to fellow customers of Flamenca cars.

Everything about Flamenca Cars is great, the price, the pickup, the dropoff, the cars and ultimately the service. The sign of a well-run business is what they do when things don't go the way you plan. Flight delays, extensions to bookings, availability etc. whatever the problem, they will do their best to help and get things resolved. I would not want to use another hire company again, I don't even look to compare prices anymore because I'd happily pay more for the great service they provide. Thanks to Ana and the team

Frequently use Flamenca when coming to Spain, I most recently used them for a golf trip in October 23 and the service was great as per usual. I stupidly left an item in the car, which they kept for me until my pick a couple of days ago April 24.
Ana was absolutely superb to deal with and has unlimited patience! She is an absolute asset to Flamenca. Thanks for all your help and hope to see you again very soon!

We have used FLAMENCA cars for car hire and now airport parking since buying our own car. Service provided is nothing short of excellent for both. Great experience so far and Ana in particular has been brilliant - very easy to contact, quick at responding and extremely helpful in organising a suitable car for my trip.

Flamenca Cars offer a really great service above and beyond the parking alone. I had a few problems with my car last time I visited, They contacted the garage I bought the car from and arranged recovery and collection and when the car was returned to them they was not happy the car was correct so they got the garage back out to make sure it was done correctly.
I was worried I would be left without a car but no they even had a hire car on standby if mine could not be fixed.
Truly an excellent service.

As a new customer I couldn't be happier with the service I've received with entrustrusting my car to this company. I asked to see where my car would be kept as I'd never used this type of service before... nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained in detail and I was more than happy to leave my car with them.
