Top Tier. We had another fire prior to this one from another company and the material used in this one compared to the others in second to none. Really great quality and it heats the room really well with a very quiet heater!

Can't fault the customer care either who we nagged multiple times for questions but they were very responsive and super informative!

Absolutely love my Flamme wall-mounted electric fireplace! It’s sleek, modern, and adds the perfect touch of warmth and style to my living room. The flames look so realistic, and installation was a breeze. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love our wall hanging fire from Flamme. We had newly decorated our living room and the grey surround fitted in with our colour scheme. The many variations of strength and colour of back lighting along with choice for laying out the log effects gives you the opportunity to have a change around. Yes there is a bit of noise if you use the heating but to be expected. We primarily only use the fire for the glow and it creates such a warm effect especially in the dark winter nights. We did have one or two questions when we made the purchase but they were quick to respond and also we should say that both the fire and surround were so well packed when received. There was no problem fitting it to plasterboard. We would highly recommend this company not only for the quality of the fire but also their after sales service.

Delivery drivers where amazing and made sure they carried it into our property and the fire its slef is well worth the money

Beautiful fire. Got it installed yesterday. I’ve made mine look simple with a few of the coal and bit of glass I purchased. Amazing quality and the price was amazing. Delivery drivers were great also

Purchased a freestanding electric fire and although lovely was too small, i arranged to swap for a larger fire and i have to say the customer service was excellent , communication was great with timely exchange with no issues in fact the best customer service i have experienced in a long time , well done Flamme team !

The best company I have ever dealt with, reported a small defect and was sent a brand new fire the very next day, not only that they are picking the other fire up free of charge, now that’s what’s called first class service.

when I ordered the fireplace, I was surprised that it arrived a day before it was due. when assembling the fireplace, I was impressed by the quality of manufacture, the instructions were very clear also the instructions included a contact no. if any help was required. in conclusion I would definitely recommend Flamme to anyone requiring a very good fireplace.
