They offered an expedited DUNS number service for significantly more money. They confirmed with me that the would be able to expedite the service. That was back in late April. Then they tell me the process will take 8 weeks which is clearly not an expedited service. No offer to refund the additional money I paid for the expedited service.
I continually checked to see what progress was being made.
Kept being advised to wait.
I recently found our that the jurisdiction where I wanted to get a DUNS number for actually had opened an agency here.
I checked with them and their parent authority in Hong Kong to see if there had been any application for a DUNS number in recent months. There had not been.
So it seems FlatFeeCorp were lying all along.
Anyway, to cut a long story short, We have received our official DUNS number despite the FlatFeeCorp scam.
Blew 449 USD for nothing.....

Don't go anywhere near this company. You will loose your money.

Worse company ever. Do NOT go with them unless you want to screw yourself. We paid them to open for us a Mexican company and paid the expedited fee which was supposed to take 5 weeks. Long story short, after 22 weeks there are still no updates and last actual update was about 4 months ago. The communication is extremely poor, it takes 1 to 2 weeks to get a response and multiple follow ups. They cannot care less about you and your order and despite more than 100 follow ups since 5 months ago there have been no updates and they kept coming back with a different excuse one after the other. As a 9 figure entrepreneur, selling globally in more than 40 countries, and having worked and used countless services in different areas, this is the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire business career (trust me, I have seen it all - and this has been by far the worst experience of my life).

As a vendor working with FlatFee I feel incredibly well-supported with all the support I have received while performing tasks for clients. The system used to track progress, documents and communications is easy to learn and use. And if I ever have questions about a particular project there is always someone available to give me solid direction to make sure the client receives the service they are expecting. A great way to use my expertise and experience from my career in the corporate world to make some extra income working from home. Makes me feel like I am a client as well!

Requested a company incorporation in Canada. Presale there was plenty of support. Post sale it has been a very difficult process and now radio silence from them. Countless emails and contact gone unanswered. This has had a huge financial effect on our business.

I WOULD AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

Emails went unanswered for days, their telephones aren't available at all time, I finally asked them for a refund and they didn't respond nor they refunded me and they didn't provide the service that I paid for complete SCAM

Registering a trademark is a long and confusing process. Flatfee did a great job of getting our logo trademarked for a very competitive price. Additionally, they were always available to quickly help us with any questions we had.

flatfee's service is really great. I know about this website through my friend's introduction, and we use this platform for company registration and other American services. Grace also patiently answered questions, which is a great platform for one company

Flatfee is really helpful and make it much easier to form and maintain the corporation.
