I absolutely LOVE the FlatTummy app. It is so user friendly, keeps on track and motivated, and the community is so encouraging. One of the things I love the most about this app are the visuals they give you to the exercises you are supposed to do. This helps me so much because I am no workout guru, but the app makes me feel close to it!

The different meal recipes are also amazing because it helps reinforce the effort I am putting in.

This morning as I sit and look at myself now versus a few months, and a few weeks ago is blowing my mind. I was exhausted with my ups and downs trying to regain my health and energy again. I’m Katina , I started with FlatTummy week and half ago I bought the meal replacement strawberry and the cleanse and active tea I was on 310 company wasn’t doing anything for me I have liver failure and can’t exercise none but can walk around that’s it . So I started using products the shake to die for so yummy when I started I weighed 134.4 I seen a little difference but I went to yesterday and I weighed 130.1 I was floored I love flat tummy products they have irk . I’ve already also bought flat tummy tea and the super food gummies and apple cider vinegar gummies and then I said I’ve got to have theee tea bottle and the strainer cause I’m not going anywhere. First day drinking the shake .

Doesn’t have a good taste like everyone says it does . I might of put too big of scoops , I’m not sure but it’s nasty . I still drank it because I did not want to waist it , I just kept on adding more milk to it lol. Will leave a different review if I can get it to taste better some how .

Omg I cannot brag about them enough! Flat tummy shakes are absolutely the best. I've lost 15 pounds using the protein powder. I just mix 1-2 scoops with almond milk and frozen berries and exercise 4 days a week and it's really helped. Plus it helped manage my irritable bowel syndrome. I absolutely love this, it's a life staple at this point.
