I have been using this company for a year now. From day 1, the Kimchi was bursting with flavor and most of all. Nutrition.

What impresses me the most is that they are always striving to improve

From the website down to the packaging.

Flayvr is on top of their game and it's been a joy to witness them improve month after month.

I see not iteration where Flayvr isn't a good service.

Just finished my Pastabox selection. I felt transported to Italy. Real Italian food made with a passion. Love the concept and how easy everything is. Better than most local takeaways too

My husband ordered some Korean dishes from Flayvr for my birthday. It was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd February but it randomly was delivered on the 12th February. When my husband contacted the company he was told to freeze the beef and they would re-send the vegetables and the kimbap at the right time (which defeats the point of ordering fresh ingredients for a meal). Was only offered a token discount on a future order rather than a refund but fine.

However when the box arrived on the 12th considering there are fresh food ingredients it was very badly packaged. There were no ice packs or anything to keep the ingredients cool. The pouches containing the ingredients were also leaking into the box so everything was oily.

We received the replacement parcel today (21st Feb) and it only included a few pouches of vegetables and two eggs (hacked from a cheap plastic larger container) which was really disappointing. They also did not include the kimbap (which they specifically said they would resend) or rice which we felt wouldn’t have been safe to freeze.

The packaging issues were also the same, no ice pack, soggy cardboard box and leaking oily pouches.

Additionally each time we had to contact customer service we were treated almost with exasperation that we’d dared to complain about their shoddy service.

It’s such a shame because the idea behind the company is really good and the food itself is tasty but even though we’ve got some credit on the account because of the issues we probably won’t bother to use it.

Just a really disappointing experience from start to end.

Love the curries. Wow! Kosha Mangsho was a delight. As was the Goan prawn curry. Lots of prawns no skimping. Can't wait for our next order. My partner said it was better than our favourite Indian spot.
