We changed GPS providers last year and selected Fleetistics as our vendor of choice and it was the right decision! The product is very sophisticated and the service is superior. Lynn Rios was/is a real help in working with us through the sales cycle and follows up periodically to confirm our satisfaction while Darryl Arnold is a real "Master" at training. Couple this with competitive pricing and they can't be beat!!

We use Fleetistics to track the vehicles in our fleet. The units are very easy to install and the pricing is reasonable for the peace of mind that you get knowing about what is going on with the vehicles in the field. Everyone at Fleetistics has been really good to work with.
Hopefully, they will build a mobile app for tracking the fleet from my phone soon.

I have had wonderful service from the sales person, customer support and help desk. The company is very thorough in making sure you understand the price of the products and which products you need depending on your application. The one-on-one training after you receive the products is great. They help you set-up your system and reports so you don't have to spend a lot of time each day. I would have given them 5 stars if one of the tracking devices didn't have to be replaced within the first few weeks. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Seriously, we looked at several options before deciding to go with Fleetistics. We took the leap of faith because of all the hands on training provided by Brandon and his availability to get answers quickly.

Everything was explained to me and if I have any further follow up questions their website has a video explanation of any other assistance I may need.

It is a vast world of many options when deciding on which GPS tracking product to add to your fleet. After speaking with Brandon it was a easy decision. From the low pressure sales to the thorough presentation I was sold by the end of the conversation. Fleetistics staff works with you to customize their product to your needs. They provide the information that allows you to improve your fleet and driver performance dramatically. It is very easy to install and maintain. Reports come by text or email as frequently as you need them. Custom reports are no problem. Always know where every vehicle is and how that driver is performing. As a user for over five years, we could not do without it!

I wish all companies had the customer service and support that Fleetistics offers to their customers. Their product is so much more user friendly than another GPS product we had in the past. I would highly recommend Fleetistics!!!

My company's experience with Fleetistics has been 100% positive. Not only has our GPS system help us achieve the monitoring of our fleet we always have full support from fleetistics with any minor question we have. The interface is very easy to learn and use, especially with the extensive online training sessions that are offered.

Everything we have wanted in a GPS company. Units are easy to install, website is user friendly, we can track which customer each tech is at and how long they were there. Also like that it notifies us of after hours usage, as well as any mechanical issues.

Since we have installed the GPS is has made a big difference. We are now able to let our customers know where the technician is and when he will be there which makes the customer happy. It has allowed us to keep better track of our technicians and there hours so we are saving money on payroll. We are very happy with Fleetistics and our account manager who always is willing to help out with any questions and walk us through any of the GPS functions.
