I would have given a -5 rating here if it were possible regarding SIA Dishwashers, if our example is anything to go by they are absolute rubbish! Further, the company SIA (dishwasher sold online by B&Q £229.99) are equally as bad to deal with. It's been 4 months but they create delaying tactics so as not to have to do as instructed by B&Q. That is "send a postage label for collection" and refund the client. It was 4 months ago when we first installed the machine (and the cabinet stunk on installation) and I was suspicious that it was a secondhand mchine, because of the smell. An awful stale smell and it gets on everything including crockery and cutlery. SIA dishwasher simply doesn't wash and rinse efficiently, and standard size dinner plates can't be put in the machine too far to the right, because the water carrier on top (propellor) hits the plates and thus stops the rinse action. SIA told me to 'video the fault', the smell at the time. I asked how do I do that? I sent numerous photos relating to the issues, but they delayed yet again, saying they haven't got the pictures. It's been a case of delay, delay, delay in doing as instructed by B&Q rather than refund what is after all a minimal amount, and collect the dishwasher, so I have now involved the bank. I will also go back to B&Q and if all else fails I will go to the Small Claims Court because this company is not prepared to accept responsibility for the machine that is not fit for purpose and thus not of merchantable quality. I have given them many opportunities to settle this, but just this morning they come back with "We kindly recommend checking that all filters are clean and clear, and that there are no obstructions. In addition, please ensure that the waste pipe is free from any blockages, as this can also cause the issue you’re experiencing". It was a brand new unit from them and as stated the cabinet stunk from day one! We keep salt and rinseaid topped up each wash so no excuse. It simply doesn't wash the contents thoroughly and we end up washing them again at the sink. It's so bad that from today onwards we won't be using it again. We will await the result of my escalation and then I will get somebody to video me putting a sledgehammer through it to upload online. Honestly it's so rubbish and you would be very foolish to purchase SIA dishwasher.....you have been warned!

Many thanks to Adam at FlemingMedical. I purchased a Medicare {Medisense) Blood Monitor from Wheatley Pharmacy, Oxfordshire 4 years ago. So four years later it showed everything bar blood pressure readings. I contacted FlemingMedical through David Hart Trade (who were equally helpful, well done) asking for help. Cut a story short David Hart Tade contacted FlemingMedical who offered to replace the 4 year old Monitor with their latest model FREE OF CHARGE! How good is that? Top marks for David Hart Trade (the wholesaler) and FlemingMedical (the Manufacturer) who will supply the new Monitor that can be used with a mobile phone to record readings via an App and to David Hart Trade who will pass the Monitor on arrival to Wheatley Pharmacy. Sincere thanks!
