sent me a bill for hundreds of pounds for work that i am 100% certain does not exist. make of that what you will but it is claimed that they observed customer induced damage and would not perform the warranty work until this customer induced damage was fixed.
on the cusp of preparing an action in the small claims court now as they arent respnding to messages.
you just know when something isnt 'right' and this is one of those situations.

no phone support for such an important service. My account was suddenly disconnected I believe in some part due to my property manager. Flex made it more stressful by only communicating via 2-3 emails per day ... refused to give me a phone call or allow me to call. This went on for days and as a result, I was 3 days late paying my August rent which I paid in full myself. The lack of assistance and how the service just bottomed out is deplorable and despicable. My account suddenly stopped syncing and they gave me the same basic three steps to resolve the issue that did not work repeatedly as though I didn't understand the basic steps. I set up the account myself originally so obviously I know how to do it. The lack of support is atrocious and because of flex I'm 3 days late paying my rent for August. I do not recommend this service.
