I have tried many and this is the best
Product is 5 star, I’ve tried many options. This is the best by far, 4 stars only for delivery time, it’s ok but probably best you could expect for a small company

Hi Andrew, good to hear from you, and glad that you like the frame. Delivery can sometimes be problematic, as we use Aust Post to delivery, and they can be inconsistent. We have all orders ready for them to pick up 1 - 2 working days after we receive them, but once Aus Post picks the order up, it goes into their system and follows their processes. Luckily, on the whole they are pretty efficient, but as I say, they can be inconsistent. But thanks for letting me know, we do like to monitor delivery and try to improve where we can. Thanks again Andrew. Peter.
Fast and efficient.

The Flexi Garden is Perfect
The Flexi Garden frame was just what I was looking for. The supplied net was a great fit for my Cherry tree, it worked perfectly in keeping the birds away.

Hi Frank, that is so good to hear, thank you. It is great that the tree frame has helped keep the birds off, it is certainly better for you to have the cherries, rather than them. Thanks again Frank and enjoy the fruits! Peter

Thank you so much for this comment and rating Mike, it is so good to hear. We took a real punt with creating this business, being that there is nothing else around like it, and it's fantastic to see the frames working as they should and that customers are reaping the fruitful rewards. Thanks again Mike. Enjoy! Peter

Fruit trees protected
Very prompt delivery, and well packaged. I've ordered twice with FGF, and I love the product. My fruit trees are protected from pests, and nothing gives me greater delight than seeing the grasshoppers on the OUTSIDE of the netting, unable to get in!!

That is so good to hear thank you Kelly, and I agree totally, there is nothing worse than seeing all your fruit get destroyed in front of your eyes. It is much better to have it all to enjoy yourself, which I am sure you are doing. Thanks again Kelly. Peter
Easy to deal with

The absence of a watering system is in…
The absence of a watering system is in small text and not easily seen. Too expensive for what you are getting. Now if you got together with "HOSELINK" and constructed shafts that could be put together with their system and it came with water misters you would have a great product

Hi Mick, I must say, you really would have to work hard to find anywhere on the site that suggests you can use the frames to water plants. We do have a Hub which has a 1inch BSP thread through the center, that you can buy separately and use on the frames to add your own watering system to, but there is one page on the site about that and it is made clear that it is a separate product and not part of the standard offering. As far as I can see, there is nowhere that says we provide all the watering components, hoses, attachments, sprinklers etc that you would need to water plants with. I would be very keen to hear from you where you got the idea that the frames were used to water the plants.
Regardless, after you contacted me about your confusion, I quickly and without any questions at all, refunded you for your purchase, so I am not quite sure why you are so dissatisfied. But thanks for letting me know. Peter
I received exactly what I'd ordered and…
I received exactly what I'd ordered and in a timely fashion. The cost was reasonable, my blueberries are grateful and the birds are thwarted! And, the answer to my follow up question was handled with respect and patience.

Hi Sally, I am pleased to hear that the Giant Frame covered your blueberries and that you got a good crop. We used the same frame to cover ours also and got 6 kgs of blueberries from the 2 bushes! It is so satisfying to be able to enjoy them, rather than see the birds eating everything. Thanks for letting me know Sally. Enjoy! Peter
My first Flexi Garden Frame purchase … love it!
This was my first purchase through Flexi Garden Frames. The frame easily covered my apricot tree and we were able to enjoy lots of fruit, rather than it being eaten by birds. It was easy to assemble and pull down. Would definitely recommend to avid gardeners!

Hi Amanda, it is so good to hear that the large tree frame helped you reap a good Apricot crop, certainly it is better than the birds getting them all. And I am glad you found it easy to put up and take down again, that is exactly what they were designed to do. Thank you for taking the time to rate the frames Amanada. Peter
Always a positive experience
Items as ordered were delivered promptly with minimal fuss - 3rd order from this supplier and always a positive experience.

Nice to hear from you Kath and thank you for your kind words and rating. It is so good to see customers using these frames in the way you have been - mixing and matching components to fine tune and bespoke frames to suit the specific needs and environment. That is certainly what we invented them for. Thanks again Kath for taking the time to review. Peter
Fast service and delivery
Fast service and delivery. The frame is easy to put together. Two of us set it up around the fruit tree and the net went over much easier, so its well covered.

Good product however clips are a big hit and miss
I really like your frames however the clips that are meant to keep netting on frames are sometimes a bit hit and miss they don’t always fit are to big and slip off.

Hi Andrea, good to hear from you, and thank you for taking the time to comment on and rate the frames. But not good to hear that some of the clamps are not fitting well - I will organise to send you some more. I hope that helps Andrea. Thanks. Peter

I love the frames but, just wondering how I adjust them to fit my beds?

Hi Patrica, thank you for your score and comment. I will email you directly to help you use the frames to fit your beds. You have a wide range of components and should be able to make a frame to fit perfectly. Also note, that you can push the legs together, so they are almost vertical, kept in place by the corners of the bed. But I will email you directly to get the size of your bed so I can suggest the combination of parts to use to make the frame fit. Thanks again Patrica. Peter

Hi there MMC, good to hear from you and thank you for taking the time to comment and score the tree frames. And it is even better to hear that the frame has helped keep the birds off the tree and you now have plenty of cherries to enjoy. Thats the whole idea. Thanks again for letting me know. Peter
Easy to assemble.
Easy to assemble.
First time we had fruit free from bird, lizard and I’m sure the netting helped against fruit fly sting.
We are now transferring the frame to cover my Fejoas.

That is so good to hear on all fronts, thank you. Firstly that the frame was easy to assembly, AND that you got plenty of fruit AND that once done, you have reassembled the frame to use in a different location. We designed the frame to achieve all those and it is great to hear you taking full advantage of them. Thank you for letting me know, and for rating the frames. Enjoy the fruits! Thanks. Peter

Hi Marina, very good to hear from you and thank you so much for your kind words and ongoing support. We are so lucky to have such interested and engaged customers, and we are always happy to interact with them, they are always so happy to be playing with the frames, which I love hearing about. Thank you again Marina, your support is very much valued. Peter
Good product for protecting plants
Really quick delivery which was good as needed for possum proofing.
Packaging sometimes damaged in transit ... might need some reinforcing at the ends as tubes were poking through and better with wrapping rather than thin banding (this was done on some packages)
More examples of structure designs needed.

Antwoord van Flexi Garden Frames
Hi Richard, thank you for bringing this to my attention, and honestly it is so frustrating to see what sometimes happens to the packaging through Aust Post, that can really treat them mean! We have upgraded the boxes and are looking at even more ways to protect them in transit, but I have seen Aust Post trucks drop and drive over them sometimes, and that is almost impossible to combat. but we will keep trying.
Re structure designs, please email me the size of your garden bed, and I will send you some designs to match, I have millions of them from customers.
Thanks again Richard. Peter
These are fantastic
These are fantastic, they dont rust and are surprisingly strong, we liked them so much we bought several more pacls and accessories. Thank you, what a great idea.
