It's a big decision to take regarding Wheelchair vehicles. Fleximobility were very professional with practical advice & had a wide range of vehicles & options to choose from. After sales service has been superb too. Very glad we found them!

I simply cannot praise this small business highly enough. The team were all incredibly kind and the WAV that I hired enabled me to transport my mother from hospital to my father's funeral. I only ever write reviews for outstanding service and Fleximobility went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough for making a difficult day more bearable.

I cannot speak highly enough about Fleximobility. We had been dealing with another WAV company who kept promising delivery and kept letting us down - on at least 3 occasions (delivery dates and not returning phone messages). I replied to a previous email from Fleximobility and they arranged a WAV, including delivery to Edinburgh within the week. It was very clean and the delivery person explained everything clearly. We have recommended this company to our MND nurses as they are MUCH better value (and service) than anywhere else in Scotland!

Have bought a WAV from Fleximobility, excellent vehicle and extremely efficient and friendly service from all staff. Thanks to Radu for organising some after sales work at very reasonable price. Would recommend Fleximobility to anyone.

As my husband is now in a wheelchair I approached Fleximobility to explore the best way to increase his ability to travel. I met Radu who was extremely helpful and has helped us explore the options they offer : rent for a day, hire for minimum of 3 months or purchase a second hand vehicle with 6 month warranty. We decide to buy and are very pleased indeed with the car they found for us and with the service they offered.

The company treated my dad like a friend. Nothing was too much trouble and Barry made adjustments to dads car to help him in any way he could.
The car was delivered to my dad when it was ready.
They are a friendly, non-pushy company who have quite a variety of different scooter or wheelchair accessible cars.

This company delivers the most amazing service! We were fairly desperate trying to manage after our wheelchair accessible vehicle broke down. I phoned with an enquiry on Thursday morning and was offered various options which could be available almost immediately. To my astonishment, I had a phone call a few hours later offering to collect my daughter and carer from town so they could try one of the possible options.
The following day a suitable car was delivered, a lease agreement arranged, we were shown how to load and fasten the power chair and we had a vehicle before the start of a bank holiday weekend.
This morning, the holiday weekend just over, hearing that one of the carers was struggling to fasten the power chair properly into the car, Barry came out straight away to take her through the procedure again in order to make sure my daughter was safe.
We have dealt with several different firms over the years and I have never experienced this level of responsiveness and care. Quite remarkable. One very grateful client!

Excellent support and help all the way through the process.
Radu was able to quickly find us the car we needed,within our price range, and even arranged to get the back windows tinted for my son.
We had a no obligation demonstration, and they made sure my son's powerchair fitted into the car, and showed me how to safely use the belts, restraints etc.
We are so pleased with our lovely new car, drives so well, now looking forward to our summer !

Just bought our second WAV from Fleximobility in Brize Norton. Radu could not have been more helpful and the new vehicle had a thorough check and service before he dropped it off.

The service that I received from everyone at Fleximobility was outstanding from start to finish. As a complete novice at buying cars I was very apprehensive but I was guided through the whole process so it was really straightforward. Radu advised us on the type of vehicle that we would need for my husband’s particularly large wheelchair and sourced a car that was within our budget. His advice was spot on as the car we bought was perfect for our needs. When Barry delivered the vehicle for a test run he was patient and explained the working of the winch etc. Having this car was truly life changing for us and it allowed us to take my husband to places that we could never have done before. When I had to sell the car back to Fleximobility this was, again, a very quick, efficient process. I really cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you.

We have benefited from Fleximobility’s excellent professional and friendly service since September 2022 and we have hired two vehicles in this period. Radu, Barry and Claire have been very helpful by giving anchoring instructions, providing the vehicles and administering accounts.
Sadly, family medical issues have required a return of the second vehicle and a rebate has been provided. The vehicles (Fiat and Peugeot) are mostly 2016 registration and are delivered in a clean condition, ready to use. We are so pleased to highly recommend Fleximobility.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Fleximobilty over the last few days, and I must say I have not experienced that level of help and caring as was shown to me with
any other vehicle purchase over the past 62 years, since my first car at 18 years old! People with disabilities need experienced help and knowledge when dealing with a new vehicle buy, and this company is without doubt the very best you could deal with. You really should give them a call.

Faultless service from start to finish. The whole team at fleximobility were really helpful with all our questions and then when the car was delivered Radu was amazing. Desperately needed a new vehicle. Radu, from Fleximobility, quickly found a suitable car. Everything was sorted really quickly. I was never left waiting hours for someone to speak to. The vehicle was delivered, by 2 lovely gentlemen, and all the details covered in detail by. I highly recommend their services.

Being first time buyers of a WAV we found FlexiMobility online and were invited to meet Radu Ana (Fleet Manager) to view a particular vehicle. For both of us, it was a real pleasure to meet Radu - his friendly and openly honest discussion with us filled us with confidence. He explained that his priority wasn’t to sell us a vehicle because it is not a car dealership but to ensure that whatever decision we came to, after considering all of the options was right for our son and us. He fully explained about the vehicle of interest and arranged for Neil to bring it over to us for a test drive with our son - with no time restraints and with no obligation.
After a successful visit, Radu explained that if, after use, it proved to be unsuitable for our needs, they would be happy to buy the vehicle back and for us to look at other options.
Today, Graham, another colleague brought it over to us and explained everything again and handed us a folder of all relevant documents.
The whole experience instilled a confidence in the people, the company and their policies. I have never dealt with a more professional, ethical company.
When we learned that Linda Ling a director of the company was awarded the MBE for services to people with disabilities, we were not surprised!

Flexibility what a great company, fantastic staff always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. I recently purchased a WAV vehicle which they delivered to my home, then they spent about an hour going through everything about the vehicle, very helpful. The backup service is second to none as I had a problem with the winch buckle, I spoke to Radu Andrei Ana (Fleet operations Manager) and he supplied a replacement within 24 hours, excellent service. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I called in on the off chance, and met Radu the sales manager straight away. He made me a sensible trade in offer on my car, and then showed me several vehicles he had available. I was greatly impressed with the Fiat Doblo, and Radu allowed me to take one for a drive there and then.
I had a choice of several vehicles on offer, and chose a Fiat Doblo ( 2019 model ) in Navy Blue.
The following day, Radu brought the vehicle to our home so that we could take my wife Sue for a ride in her wheelchair…the vehicle is for Sue’s use. Sue was most impressed with everything.
Radu said the vehicle would be fitted with an electric winch and serviced and valeted within a couple of days.
Radu delivered the vehicle to us at home, and all the paperwork was dealt with quickly and simply within a few minutes.
We are delighted with our new transport, and cannot recommend Fleximobility enough, especially Radu.
