Deliverr (now Flexport) was great until they were bought by Shopify, and then it got even worse when it was taken over by Flexport.

Ever since the big guys took over, we've seen huge, never-ending increases in fulfillment fees and long-term storage.

So if you're planning to sign up with them, expect a 15-20% rate increase on a yearly basis. Don't assume their rates will stay the same for anything longer than 1 year (probably even less), and don't assume the increases will be light. You'll surely feel them.

I have used Flexport (previously Deliverr) for a couple of years now and I was thoroughly impressed. Their professionalism set the tone, ensuring a customer-focused experience. Communication was swift and efficient, making the process seamless. The team's sense of responsibility exceeded expectations, demonstrating a commitment to quality. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service.

Flexport is a great fulfilment services company for both B2B and D2C. Comes with an even better customer support team, especially Henry :)

We sent our first inbound to Flexport's Cranbury, NJ facility. We followed their strict labelling requirements and the shipment was delivered by DHL Express on 7th September. As of today (15th) they cannot tell us where the shipment is.

3 days had passed since the shipment was delivered and we were yet to receive any updates in their dashboard. We opened a ticket with support and have been back and forth with them daily. They opened an 'investigation' but haven't been able to give us any new information about the whereabouts of the shipment.

We haven't had an apology from Flexport and have had to chase them for updates. We are absolutely appalled by the service, they've lost a $4000 shipment and haven't taken ANY responsibility.

AVOID FLEXPORT LIKE THE PLAGUE, APPALLING LOGISTICS, RELIABILITY AND SUPPORT.

Great customer service. Their portal is very easy to use. As well as the ease of communication for each shipment on the portal. Email notifications are a plus!

The staff is excellent to work with. They are very responsive. Online platform is easy to use and can build our own tailored reports.
