Terrible (non-existant) customer service. I bought a Flexon 4 Sonos amp wall mount and it was missing a small but crucial screw, which means I can’t mount one of my Sonos amps. I have emailed their customer service team repeatedly, even offering to pay for them to send me a new screw, but no response at all. There’s no phone number to call either. Avoid this company.
