This was our first time using Flight Centre - and our travel consultant Neil Chesworth was amazing! He was very knowledgeable & offered us many great travel ideas/suggestions. He was VERY quick at getting back to us with answers to ALL of our many questions. He went over & above finding us walking tours in Rome, etc.
We are very excited and really looking forward to our cruises!

With her help and support, it made the whole process so much smoother and easier, especially during the airline strike. Her care for her customers is greatly appreciated. I have now had Neil Chesworth from your Vancouver, BC office look after my vacation travel arrangements two years in a row. We have been booking with Erin D for 10 years now, with 31 completed ocean cruises and 1 land tour. We also have 16 future ocean cruises, 1 river cruise and one land tour booked with Erin, for travel in the next 2 years. We really enjoy booking with Erin. She gives us excellent service and makes suggestions for add-ons to our cruises to make our vacations that much better. We are really looking forward to experiencing our first river cruise with Avalon. We had never considered doing a river cruise, until Erin suggested it to us. It will be a bonus having her accompany us and a group of her clients on this cruise. We are really looking forward to it.

Asked for help and did not receive a response. If someone is contacting you - they want a response ASAP or at least within 24-72 hours. Very disappointed in the lack of response.
