We worked with Diedre to book our trip, and she was helpful, gave good suggestions when we were unsure of connection and flight options, and took her time with us. Most notably though, due to illness we almost had to cancel/postpone - and very last minute she was quick to reply via email to all my panicky questions about cancellation/postponement options, and that was SO greatly appreciated, as everything was suddenly up in the air. Thankfully, we did end up going on the trip! Thank you Diedre for being so helpful in good times and stressful times!

Diedre Lowe did a fantastic job helping my family. We were unsure where we wanted to go in Jamaica and she suggested Iberostar Rose Hall. The resort was beautiful and the food was plentiful (wide variety and everything was delicious !). My children 9 and 10 years old as well as my parents came on the trip, and there was a selection of fun activities for everyone involved. Diedre was willing to meet with me multiple times and often on short notice to go over any questions/concerns I had. She even emailed during my trip to ensure everything was going smoothly and if there was anything else I needed help with at the time. I will definitely be booking with Diedre for my next family trip!

We were stressed out when our trip was cancelled with less then 24hrs to go (which we booked ourselves). While in a bit of a panic we went into Flight centre to try and find something within two days of when we'd have to leave (due to the fact we couldn't change our vacation time) to which we found Megan. She was super friendly and helpful in searching for something new for us, while we ended up paying more then the trip we originally booked, it was well worth it! I am so happy we took the chance in going into flight centre that day and have Megan help us, as it turned out to be one of our best trips! She helped take the stress out from an already stressful time, and we couldn't be more grateful!

We will definitely be back to book through her again in the future! :)
