We only book with flight centre in Burlington. The travel agents we deal with, Jane Cundari and Ryan Milne, both go above and beyond to book our travel. We have 2 more vacations booked with them, one May, 2026 and one February, 2027.

I recently attended my first destination wedding and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall planning and experience. While the resort itself was nice, several practices felt misleading. For example, guests were pressured into paying for room “upgrades,” and some of these situations came across as quite shady.
Our travel agent also failed to book double‑occupancy rooms correctly. In several cases, guests who were not couples were placed in rooms with one king bed, and when they asked for two separate beds, the resort claimed there was an additional charge. It is unreasonable to charge an “upgrade” fee when the original booking request—two separate beds—was not highlighted or asked for by the agent. The agent at flight center should have known to validate this with the guests. They also didn't have us in the same or similiar locations as a group - some couldn't go into each others areas.
We had 75 people attend the wedding, and collectively the couple’s family and friends spent approximately $200,000 on flights and accommodations. Despite this, the couple received a total credit of $500, which is extremely disappointing. While I understand that guests should read the agreement, the way this was structured and communicated felt unclear, misleading, and frankly unacceptable. A group of this size should not receive such a minimal benefit.
Additionally, even though the group booked well in advance, most guests were seated at the back of the plane. While I recognize that upgrades cost extra, it feels unreasonable considering how much of the plane was filled by our group.
Overall, the planning and execution were poor, and based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to book a destination wedding package this way. Nearly everyone in the group ended up paying $500–$700 more than if they had booked individually. Many of us only booked through the group because we believed the couple would receive meaningful benefits—something that clearly did not happen.
This entire experience was disappointing, costly, and far below expectations.

Having Kelly at Orchard Park Mall in Kelowna is a not only a win for all customers wanting to book their next adventure. But also, a complete asset to Flight Center. Her 16 years with Flight center speak volume in itself. Kelly has been booking my flights for business & personal adventures since 2014. There have not been any major incidents with my travel arrangements to date. Any minor hiccups, Kelly was only a phone call, text or e mail away to help iron out any wrinkle. So knowledgeable, understanding and willing to get every detail dialed in for your required needs. Kelly has met all my expectations& beyond. I am so blessed to have Kelly as my Travel agent.

Worst service EVER - I'd give zero stars if it was an option! It took 6 months and 2 consecutive agents to finalize our group booking for my son's destination wedding in Mexico for 40 people. Emails took weeks for Hayley Smith to be answer to, FC would only accept a wire transfer (not credit card) from out of country guests (in 2025, for a global TRAVEL company!!), the price for the flight portion was almost double what we could've found on our own (don't groups get a better price?) and then I received an email with the threat of cancelling my hotel reservation because my room mate (my daughter) hadn't paid her deposit in time - the reason was because she needed "land only" price (she lives in Mexico) and it took over a month for our agent, Hayley to respond to my daughter's email requests for instructions on how to finalize this arrangement. When I reached out to head office to speak to a manager, I was told one would call me back soon. Instead, the "manager" instructed our agent to call me - who I didn't want to speak to. I'm guessing the manager didn't want to do her job and deal with an unsatisfied customer and passed the buck. The agent's response to my email concerns and lack of communication - "I prefer to let all the email questions for a group accumulate for awhile, then I can just answer them all at the same time". What???? Seriously???? We're planning a wedding from afar and have many questions and you want to make us wait until you're ready to answer them - leaving us feeling frustrated, angry, ripped off and ignored. I asked her what the benefit was to book through them instead of doing it ourselves and she said that they could guarantee our booking. That's it?? For double the price of what I could've found on my own?? She did NOTHING that anyone couldn't do on their own and you can save a ton of money and frustration too. Total waste of time and money, very unprofessional - never, ever again will I use them and I have let others know of our terrible experience.

I’ve always wanted to go to Greece Ryan found me an amazing deal, great flights and found a self guided tour to go to Athens and 3 islands It is going to be amazing. Recently we scheduled an appointment with Katrina Barbisan although we were there on time she was helping a younger couple we waited 20 more mins when she said her coworker could help us and hour later we were not getting anywhere with our booking Katrina was then finished with her couple and immediately put on a headset to take/make calls, we left very frustrated. Was it age discrimination or just a bad business decision I’ll never know cause I’m never going back!!

I am extremely frustrated with Flight Centre. I specifically chose a ticket marked as "Fully Refundable" and did my due diligence by reading the terms multiple times during the booking process to be 100% sure I was protected. Not once was a $200 per person agency fee mentioned as part of the transaction.
This fee only appeared on my itinerary after I had already paid and the transaction was finalized. To see if I had missed something, I went back and tried to simulate a new booking. I discovered that the ONLY place this fee is even hinted at is in the "Captain's Pack" upsell, which offers to waive Flight Centre's cancellation fees. This is ridiculous—hiding a $400 penalty ($200 x 2 people) behind a "Fully Refundable" label.
Other platforms like Expedia do not charge their own separate cancellation fees on top of the airline's rules for refundable tickets. I will not be booking with Flight Centre again!
UPDATE (2026-01-04): Following the response, I emailed their Customer Experience team as requested 3 days ago. I have received zero response. It seems the public reply was just for show, as the "hidden" $400 fee issue remains completely unaddressed. Still waiting for a resolution.
