Britta at Hervey Bay has been the best agent we've every had. The advice she has provided (both recently and in the past) has been 100% accurate along with her attention to detail.

It is not the company that is doing well, it is Amber, the red hot travel consultant. She excelled in getting me multiple co-ordinated flights in a very short space of time and at very short notice. I have just given her a very complicated assignment involving multiple flights and multiple mode of transportation with not one but three other passengers from different countries.
