Always treats us with respect, easygoing and a pleasure to deal with.

Complete lack of ethics by the Agent.
Sold my 80 year old Wife who has Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer and Dementia a ridiculously expensive trip to Subiaco without my knowledge.This included a $6oo Insurance Policy for a 6 day outing.
The date of departure is the 3rd June by which date she is unlikely to be alive!

Thanks to Aidan Thomas from Flight Centre Tweed City for his excellent customer service and professionalism.
He reschedule my flights to South Africa in no time.

We have booked through Flight Centre Tweed Heads as there is never any problems and if there are then they are solved quickly. Our bookings through Aiden at Tweed City has been great and he replies quickly with any of our inquiries and if any information needs to be updated he is right on it eg registration for ANZAC service in Gallopoli, if we hadn't been informed we would not have been allowed into the Dawn Service. My hubby and I had a great chat with Ash.
She sorted our flights for us and answered all the questions we had. She was very knowledgeable and confident.

Travel agent knows my needs, likes and dislikes. She tailor suited my travel plans to Sri Lanka, including the right tour company, flights, all transfers etc.

Ash was our consultant, and she was really pleasant to deal with, she was knowledgeable and assisted us with better locations, alternative suggestions. Ash was not pushy on Sales and seemed to value our perspective. Very confident with choosing to come through Flight Centre now.

The lady that we see is so helpful ( Lara from tweed city tweed heads ) I do not go to anyone else she organisers everything for us nothing is a problem with her at all keeps us very well informed about our trips

My wife and I recently booked a 2026 Autumn tour of Europe at South Tweed Flight Centre. Not having previously toured Europe our travel agent representative, Ash was most helpful. She was patient, taking the time to ensure that our first trip to Europe would be a memorable trip. Drawing on her vast travel experience we are ensured that our trip will be a joy and one to remember.

Our Travel agent Blake did a great job organised our adventure. Unfortunately our return flight back to Brisbane was cancelled by the airline on the 16th August 2025.
We rang the Flight Centre 24/7 emergency number so they could find new flights but they could not find any.
We were disconnected twice so we are not happy with that service.
We had to contact Blake & he found flights for us to leave 3 days later. We are thankful he was there to help us get back home at such a stressful time.
