it so easy going into your Waurn Ponds store Alannah is the best at making you feel comfortable and is helpful with helping me make decisions Won’t go anywhere else . I try to recommend her to my friends to go and see her.

Julia Murphy was great and we worked a great holiday

The bad experience was a dark haired podgy girl on the next desk, who i think is a parttimer, who was chatting to her friend in person at full volume - really rude and inconsiderate.friend left and she then proceeded to shout into her mobile - dumb, socially unaware, it made me think I will go elsewhere next time
it made it very difficult to hear Julia and to concentrate

Alicia is always ready to help us with new flights and travel related issues. She is always cheerful no matter how busy she is. She has given us some great travel ideas.
